Very friendly and helpful workers and call right back after going out in deep snow to look for parts even in below zero weather awesome. my always first call for any parts needed.

Honestly thought as usual most bad reviews come from people just complaining they didn’t get what they want, however I can truthfully say I don’t know how this place got any 5 stars. Place is set up terribly no instruction on where to go to drop stuff off, you ask the employees and they just tell you to basically leave. Very rude staff not gonna take sass from a fully grown man, that being said if you are reading this bring your recyclable’s to Gerdau on main. Much easier process staff there seem like they actually are enjoying their life and are extremely helpful especially if it’s your first time there.

I'm pretty upset with the fact that I've had my vehicle for 1 week and I can barely drive it. There's no way he didn't know that something so big was going to go wrong with it. Now after my accident I'm down a vehicle yet again because people can't be honest.

I decided to try my hand at painting, something I have never tried!! Jason in the paint dept. fixed me up with the paint and materials I needed to do the job!! but never having painted before I had lots of questions that he was very helpful with answering for me!! I then followed all of his tips and instructions to the T and the results I got with his help were amazing!!the paint matched perfectly!! I will be doing more painting in the future!!Thank You Jason!!

Most of the time has what I'm looking for.

Called ahead to dump a trailer of metal off, due to it being near closing time, customer service was atrocious. We showed up at 4:28, workers still working outside, magnetic crane still operating, and receptionist still working behind her computer. All we had to do was go over the scale. We were turned away. Will not be going back to Northern Metal.
