Get there early before a line starts but even if there's a line, everyone is pretty quick to dump their load. My son's are always ready to lend a hand when they see someone having a hard time. Oh and da braddaz over there always safe and courteous.

I had a remodeling project I was working on and I went there multiple times in a three-week period. Like any second hand donation store you never know what you're going to find and products change frequently. Their strategy is to price about 50% of full retail. That pricing is higher than a lot of other second hand stores and of course you don't get any warranty. If you find you need to take an item back for any reason make sure you keep your receipt. If I can make a suggestion to the management, there are things I would have bought if the price was better. It made more sense for me to buy a new from retail store on sale and pay slightly more and get a warranty.All the employees were friendly and helpful with one exception. The manager at the front counter was a little curt with me and not that friendly with a couple other customers. Maybe a bad few days?

The people there were friendly, efficient, good-natured, helpful, and communicative. I was getting spark plugs, and the delightful person who helped me was clear and forthcoming about the differences in the options they carried for that car.

These guys are very helpful!!!, they said it might be a few problems, but we found out the root of the problem, i was gonna say it mights have to be valve adjustment!?, or worn tensioner from timing belt area?,... and we were correct!, they ordered the parts and got the SUV to stop the ticking noise!!!, thanks guys!!!!, will do other services with you guys from now on!!!,...cheeeeehuuuuuuuu!!!!!!

What a great experience. Today I went to Autozone to buy a small part required to fix something hanging under my car. Mack, the handsome young man, help me by showing professionalism, knowledge and good customer skills. What I've admire the most was how Mack have managed to make 2 happy clients on the same time. I also admired Mack's kindness on not only selling me the part, but helping me fix the issue on the spot. All Mack's energy was spreading Aloha. Mack, thank you very much for this short and wonderful experience of kindness.

The only Walmart here. That’s an automatic 4 stars but they also carry many things that are hard to find on Kauai as well as sell Hawaiian travel trinkets and souvenirs at about half the price compared to most other places on island. Clean and fast checkout as well. My niece was also happy with Walmart as you can see in the picture

Went here to get a tail light for my Frontier. I found Chad, the owner, to be helpful and courteous. While the prices quoted over the phone were high, I think you have to deal with the owner in person. I was atctually able to get a better price based on a comparable tail light I just purchased as well as the condition of the item I was purchasing. Seemed like a reasonable person to deal with.

Got on their waiting list for parts for my ride. They called within 2 weeks with all my parts and pulled them for me that same day for a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend or use dakine again! Cheeehoooo!

Standard is the place to go for auto/truck parts. Staff are always helpful and knowledgeable to keep you on the road! Parts are normally in stock, they offer great sales on tools as well as various maintenance products. They will call other stores to locate the part. Will order parts from Oahu if not in stock on Maui. Mahalo's Standard

I needed a pedal stop pad, before my break lights killed my car. John was the best!!!!He really helped me out. He sold me what I needed and told me how to install it on my own. I went to my car fixed it and was all set to go home ! Also the staff was super sweet to my 4 year old son . I love them all! Best place to go thank you!!

Staff was friendly and efficient but the owner is a greedy price gouger. My bronco was on order for about a year and when it finally arrived he tacked on a $13,000 reaming fee over MSRP. This was never mentioned or documented prior to my bronco hitting the stealers lot. They are even screwing people on the most common vehicle in the U.S., F-150’s have a $5K additional markup over MSRP. Don’t waste your time with anyplace with the name Falk on it. Just order from the mainland and ship it over. I tried to support a local business, but I will never by a car any new car on Maui again. I just ordered another Bronco, Raptor edition, at MSRP from a mainland dealer.
