Professional, easy to work with. Excellence at its best! Looked online for Car Parts saw the parts that I needed on eBay, then I saw an eBay and it said New Mexico and ….. wouldn’t you know if….. they were local. Not Loco! But Local! Here in Las Cruces!!! Got the parts I needed within a couple of days and voilà. Good to go!!

They always have what I need, but I was a little disappointed when all the cars that was for sell had no keys or lost keys. Lots for under $1000.00 roll the dice and come with a tow truck.

Someone I trusted to give good recommendations told me to go here. I'm continually doing work on my truck. They helped to find parts and just gave me the price for them. They were very friendly and helpful so I began to do business exclusively with them... then I found out how much they were ripping me off. I told them to see if they would rectify it. Everyone in the office just laughed so I walked out and I'm not going back. No matter how helpful they are it's not going to be worth it. This is partly on me, I should have been doing more research on the parts and maybe trusted some of these online reviews more. Lesson learned.

This place is not open Saturday or Sunday like it says when their hours are shown. I called to double check and the owner offered to come in and open anyway since I was there already and had came from El Paso. He was so kind and honest. He fixed my bent rim for a third of the price if I had taken it to a shop locally and even offered to lend me a rim if the repair didn't hold while putting the repair cost towards a new rim. This man was so helpful and you can tell he loves what he does. Fantastic customer service and I highly recommend this place if you are looking for car parts!

The young man running it has a lot of respect, was helpful and funny. Does great work.

Not helpful at all we were passing through from out of town needed to buy parts for a few cars they said they had the cars on the lot but they would have to call me back l explained I was from out of town and was there for that day only there were a few workers walking behind the counter but never offered to help I was looking at spending a few hundred dollars there but they really didn't seem to care I would have pulled all the parts myself so they didn't waste any time. Very poor customer service

I called J & E Auto Salvage, to see if they had a part for my car. First of all, he didn't answer the phone in any kind of civil way. Then as I was asking if he had the part I needed for my car, he just hung up on me. I thought we might have been disconnected , so I called again , and he sent the calls straight to voicemail which is not set up . Bad attitude bad service I wouldn't call him or support his business in any way, if I were you.

Was my go to yard when I could find what I wanted and either pull it myself or have them pull the larger parts. Now no customers allowed in the yard so I use them less frequently.

Excellent mechanic. Reliable and dependable. Roy Dixon is the most honest mechanic I have ever meet. Highly recommend!!! I won't take my vehicles anywhere else.

If I could give them zero Stars I would !! The mechanic gave us the wrong transmission when buying it and then when we tried to return it they refused because they said that they had not enough money to give us back even though it was their mistake that we got the wrong one in the first place and now I am blocked and they refuse to answer the phone to resolve the matter. Do not go with this company unless you want them to steal your money and refuse to solve their mess up
