Customer service is horrendous. This is the worst I've been treated by a sales associate. When I asked about a military discount. "We already give good deals" was the response I got. The door we put a deposit on was a different color and had electric locks. The one they had pulled had manual locks and was not the one pictured. I asked if it didn't work if we could bring it back, she then refused to sell us the door because "it wasn't worth the hassle" at this point I wouldn't take the door if it was free. I'm shocked this place is still in business. Listen to ALL the other one star reviews. The most unprofessional business I've ever been to.

I am not surprised by all the negative reviews. Use any option not to patronize this business. Horrible customer service patronizing and rude.

Went to buy bike parts, left being screamed at and kicked off the property by an old hag after being as respectfull as I ever could've been. Go anywhere else.

Single worst towing experience every. Driver refused to accept card as payment and demanded cash. Then he proceeded to be-little me and told me if I ride with him I better keep my mouth shut. Rude, unprofessional, and just mean.

Worst customer service ever, the lady at the front was very rude.... she needs to check herself if she likes customers coming back and her buisness to stay open..... as i was trying to explain what her employees has told me over the phone all she did was have nothing but smart remarks and just an awful attitude hope you have a better week lady.

Owner is absolutely incompetent, rude, and absolutely unprofessional. They wouldn't give me the price on how much their services cost until they did the work, and then gave me an unholy number after arguing with them saying i never gave them permission to change my battery they let me leave without paying full amount. i had a budget of 450$ and the told me my total was 637$ which i didn't have enough money for, i told them how much money i had prior and they still charged almost 200 over my budget. i only told them to change my lock and change my tires, which should have cost around 300 but they did a bunch of extra stuff to charge me more.... avoid this business at all costs! Be weary of this business and steer clear of them!!

I was looking to engine swap my VW Bug and messaged them on facebook and asked if they sold complete engines and what a price would range would be on 1 and the only response I got was "$5-$50,000" i then asked "what engine do you have that is $50,000?" still have no received a response.Worst "junkyard" possible, they wouldn't let me and a friend look at what they had out back, when we asked if there was a real junkyard around they replied "not in New Mexico, Not since Obama"I'm Still trying to figure out what Mr. President Obama did to junkyards specifically in New Mexico? if anyone has an answer please reply

All of the staff were very professional and helpful. Made the process very easy for my husband and i. They were responsive whenever we had a question and had great customer service! Highly recommend them!

I called and right away the lady answered fast with a bad attitude she was very rude and unprofessional..worst customer service ever. I recommend coming here if you like dealing with a person who makes it known that she hates her job.
