My experience here is if you can, go somewhere else. You should only sell your metal here if You have no other options they paid me about 1/3 the going rate for brass bronze and copper. And they paid me about 1/5 of the going rate for lead. I came in with a very small amount just to test the waters and see how they would treat me and even though I called him out on offering me one price for two separate types of metals he completely ignored what I was saying and gave me bare minimum prices for higher quality metal like I said don't come here unless it's your only option.

The yard is amazing, super clean , the concrete floor is spotless no oil leaks or coolant into the floor, hundreds of vehicles and trucks to choose, employees are polite and helpful, compared these yard to California LQK corporation yards in California are nasty the cars contaminated the ground with oil leaks and fluids, I’m impressed by Nevada pick a part , don’t forget to bring your tools, you find everything oem parts, engines , transmissions, sensors, interior parts seats panels, body parts fenders, hoods, bumpers, doors, wheels and tires, please don’t forget to like my review Thanks

Went here to recycle yesterday for the first time. Smiling, friendly employee with great customer service. Couldn't be happier!!Note to the reviewers that weren't pleased with the amount they were offered or received ~ you could always go somewhere else and pay someone else to take whatever you have off your hands! I don't see what the problem could be with any amount of money you receive for something that you obviously no longer need, let alone something that can be recycled and reused! Move somewhere else if you want to be paid more for your trash!!! :)

Bad company when it comes to the quality of used parts and customer service. On 06.13.2023 I purchased a used engine for my Ford Fusion. The first problem started with the difference in the price online compared to the price in the physical store (more expensive) for the same product. Once the purchase was made, even with the higher value, the engine was delivered and when installed in the vehicle, it was in terrible condition. Contacted to replace the engine, LKQ took more than 10 days to authorize the replacement, as the company technician who would be sent to analyze the engine never showed up. After the exchange was made (I had expenses to take the engine to the company because of LKQ), I was given another engine again with a problem (4 broken parts). I've contacted the company and they told me that the external parts of the engine has no warranty and they didn't provided this information at the moment of the purchase. I also inform you that the company kept my original engine and informed that it disposed of it, making it impossible to return the part. I have been without my car for 3 weeks and I work with my vehicle, due to the negligence of LQK, which does not even review the products it sells. I would not recommend this company to anyone in need of parts for their vehicle and If I could I'd like to give zero stars.

My Rep Ted Miland took good care of me at B&R through out the entire process. He was very attentive and always quick to respond to my messages. There was an issue with the engine i bought, it was still under warranty, and they honored that warranty and got me back up and running . There’s always small issues that come up when doing an engine swap , but it felt good to know B&R and Ted were on my side the entire time. I highly recommend calling B&R first before going anywhere else for your parts.

Tiffany is absolutely amazing at her job! This customer service representative deserves a raise or at least acknowledgement for the positive impact she has on the company and customers. She went above and beyond to help make sure we had the right part for our vehicle. Thanks for all your help Tiffany! The Garcias have rescued me on numerous occasions locked my keys in the truck, had my keys but couldn't start the truck. Truck broke down needed to tow it to my house. It takes a lot of fuel. They never over charged me always friendly. Bless them both for helping little people who are harassed by locals

Great experience I have them a call they showed up within the hour and no questions asked gave me cash and hooked up the car no problems and left with car I was pleased with there business.

My 95 Jeep Wrangler wasn't starting right away so I stopped to have the battery checked. Colt came out and checked it and yes I needed a new battery. Colt was kind enough to put the battery in for me and now she starts right up. Everyone at the South Carson St Auto Zone has always been so nice and helpful. Thanks everyone.

Got super lucky in this visit. Not only was the vehicle i was looking for the first on the lot (out of probably about a thousand), but the part i was looking for had already been detached from the steering wheel and was laying on the floor in front of the driver's seat. Better yet, when i got it home, it installed easily and worked perfectly. It just doesn't get any better than that.

When I have a question I can call and the customer service department is very responsive, polite, professional and knowledgeable. I am more than upset that the County Commissioners voted in a new service without consulting the public, who likes and wants WM. WM know how to run a smooth business with great employees. Absolute worst to deal with & absolutely lie right to your face. Since this location doesn't allow you to enter the yard to even just look at a part, you buy sight unseen and in full. Purchased a Toyota Venza hood, paid in full, told to return next day to pick up( since customers can't obtain the part themselves), receive a call from Gabe not even 12 hours later stating that " Oops, We don't know what we are going and SOLD you the item that was verified on site, only to find out it's Not here". Then told $ would be returned within 12-24 hours. It wasn't, it took almost a week to get back my $ that instantly came out of bank to purchase a promised item. Do NOT deal with this location , EVER !!! Shady, Deceitful and Lie directly to your face. The Henderson location is way better, & you can physically pick your own parts from yard.

Been here quite a few times. Always an easy experience and employees have always been more than helpful. Prices aren't that great but there not that great anywhere.

I drove 3 hours to this copart location after speaking to one of the staff members a few days before on the phone. The staff was nice but I drove the 3hrs and waited 3hrs in the office to see one vehicle. I asked multiple times when would the loader driver be able to bring it to the preview lot and they said soon every time. It reached 4 o'clock and I asked again, they spoke to the loader driver on the radio and he said he was too busy! There was barely any tow trucks picking up vehicles. I don't understand how they could be so poorly staffed that I had to wait 3hrs for one vehicle and never got to see it. WORST COPART THERE IS
