They sold me the wrong engine. I told them it was incorrect... then they said they'd have the right one soon. Another week went by so I went back to get my money... manny refused to pay me my money unless I paid 10% fee... a 10% scan fee because they lied. Don't buy from here unless you are prepared to be scammed

I've never physically been to their store, but dealing with Nikki over the phone and via email has been an absolute pleasure. She sent me pictures of the motor I was purchasing every step of the way and provided everything I asked for without once sounding annoyed over all of my requests. Hopefully the motor will be in the condition that was described and shown to me, but service and price have been fantastic so far.

Received wrong parts and they will not accept my return, very disappointed.I called LVTS and Spoke with Amy (10/23). I was looking for a six speed transmission for a 2005 Jeep Wrangler with a four liter. I was told they had a rebuilt transmission with 500 miles in stock and asked that they send it out to me. After paying and receiving the transmission the receipt showed it was a 3.8Litre engine, which was a motor unavailable until 2007. I called LVTS and asked if this was correct, they assured me it was.As my mechanic was inspecting it prior to installation he noted all bolts that held the transmission to the bell housing were missing, the countershaft bolt was missing, the expansion plug was missing.I again contacted Amy (10/29) and spoke with her manager and was basically told it was my problem. I am disappointed with the service I received. I clearly stated what I needed and received the wrong part. I had it shipped across the country and am now being told it is my problem.I would love to delete this negative review and have them honor the fact that they made a mistake.

If I could give the zero stars I would. This is the WORST place to buy anything from, I bought an engine for a Ford F-150 4.6l and they sent me a 5.4l. I've been very patient for them to send me the right one, well it has been a month and half since I bought the engine and they haven't even attempted to help me out. I keep calling them to get a refund but they just keep avoiding it and Jose says he can't give a refund because his "manager" isn't there. They also want me to pay for shipping to send the wrong engine back so they can send me the right one. I've had it they'll be hearing from our lawyers as well as the lawyers from our customers that need their vehicle back. Stay far far far away from this shady place.

these folks are fantastic, they gave me a quote for almost $1000 dollars for all the parts i needed for my pathfinder to fix it. i put my deposit in, and they pulled all the parts for me, even held them for a few days till i had the finances to pick them up. not only did the get every part i needed, but they also came down to half of what i was quoted at, had me in and out with my parts in 20 minutes flat and were super helpful! THANKS SO MUCH YOU GUYS!!!!!

This Place is a Fraud never fixed the engine I bought and had them install in car was at there shop for 2 months approx paid then 2500.00$ and now 1 year and come to find out the dealership diagnose the engine told me it had a hairline crack in head that why couldn’t find issue changed coil packs injector etc still having issues after they blamed the machine shop thei would not take full responsibility of there obligations with. Me I even gave them half the money up front still wasn’t good enough I will calling a atty to see if I have recourse . It’s all documented on the services and parts I had installed .

Very rude on the phone, poor English, Not at all helpful. I've bought a lot of parts here only because I was desperate and managed to get waited on by someone who spoke English well enough to help me with what I needed at the time. That has NOT been the case the last few times I've dealt with them. It seems like all the local salvage yards have figured out they don't have to give good service since most of their customers are desperate to get the part they need and can't afford the time or money to go elsewhere. As for me, I've had MUCH better luck buying used auto parts from Amazon or Ebay than I have at local salvage yards and that's exactly what I do for anything other than an emergency. The sad thing is that there isn't even a manager a person can complain to since they most likely wouldn't speak English either or, they simply wouldn't care.

I had to buy a fuel pump for my car, dealer quoted me over $300.When I called around every salvage yard had it at the $130 area, called LVTS, Jose quoted me $40, I got there, waited no longer than 20 minutes, and left with the part.Installed it - work like a charm!!Will buy from again, recommended!!!

LVTS,Pump was installed - and did not work. I attempted to contact seller twice through ebay messages, they never responded. I attempted to call seller, was put through to a 'George' (by 'Mandy') who I could barely hear, I asked him several times to please speak up as I couldn't catch everything he was saying - after several tries, I was able to get that George refused to speak up because that was as loud as he was going to talk (his voice actually got lower). I called back a second time, asked to speak to a supervisor or manager 'Eddy' sent me back to George, who I identified - asked him if he was going to speak up - don't know what he answered - as I couldn't hear him, told him to have a nice day and hung up. It was like it was nothing but a big joke, that started as soon as I said I was calling about an item I purchased from them on ebay. The PUMP does not work, there is no CUSTOMER SERVICE. All I wanted to do was talk to these people about getting either a different working pump, or my money back. I'm glad I was able to provide them with some amusement. I do not want this pump - it does not work - I want a refund!

Absolutely despicable customer service!!! I would definitely take your business elsewhere.tried to buy a stock air cleaner box and was told that the top and the bottom were separate and each would cost $90. they're up-sell tactics were very childish be very careful when dealing with this company!
