The owner was trying to scam me with selling me a bad car bumper With bad paint, than he charge me 50$ because I returned it. Really do not trust this place because is a good example of how the scam is.

The Rialto place is all mix but the main thing is the people at the windows give you attitude! Like they are doing you a favor to charge! also the pricing is high but they don’t ask if you want the 90 day warranty., they just charge it and overall the price you pay is equal or higher of a new parts The price without warranty was 90 dollars With the warranty was 170 dollars! RIDICULOUS!!

It's a very disorganized place, yet it's very interesting and you loose track of time being in there. So much "junk" . For sure to find whatever you looking for. Prices are a different thing. If you're given a certain price, record it because they have a price fluctuation daily.

This company is fine! The parts are sold directly to dealers & shops, NOT the public. The drivers are safe & even get rewarded for good driving, etc. They train the drivers to be efficient & careful. By the way...some people have been posting negative things online using MY HUSBAND Jeff's name about this office. These are FALSE reviews & have been turned over to the authorities.

Terrible place ... horrible customer service! They always have excuses on why the work is never finished on time. The employees never man up to their work and all of them seem to be high school dropouts. I had an engine replaced on my vehicle and from the start it gave me problems. I took my car to another mechanic and found out that they didn't change the belts or the seals that they were paid to do. When I called to complain their foul mouth employee (Junior) was not only rude, but didn't have an explanation on why the work wasn't done correctly. I found out later that they have a history of violations with the Bureau of Automotive Repair. Also, A & R have been sued in small claims court for not honoring their own warranties. Bad experience, horrible employees, poor workmanship is the only way to describe this place.

TWO BAD MOTORS A reputable repair shop installed a LKQ Nissan motor in our service vehicle that was in the shop for over three weeks while the engine replacement was in progress, only to hear the LKQ motor had a bad cylinder. Our vehicle was in the shop for over a month during the second installation. The second LKQ motor lasted approximately 1k miles beyond the 7k warrantee then seized up. Considering our companies cost of a rental truck, towing fees, missed service appointment, and overall inconvenience, LKQ is unwilling to provide a replacement motor even after escalating the matter to management. After two failed Motors, they responded with: "Sorry, it's out of warrantee, have a good rest of your day".

I came here looking to scrap bare copper, the gentleman offered me $1.25 a pound. Internet states $3.50 a pound, I questioned him on that and his response was, I’m only going to give you $1.25 lb and I don’t care what the internet says. I didn’t use his services, I proceeded to check with Aaron recycling in Oakland and they offered me $3.50 lb. If you want to be robbed go here

OUTTA TOWN NEED A PART?? LOOK NO FURTHER! Was from out off town when the transmission on my van broke. Called all the junk yards and they sent me here. He had the best price for the transmission around! Then he referred me to the guy who would put it on for the best price in town! So I came and picked up the van after it was done. Unfortunately the next day the transmission blew on me….. but he did right and sent a new transmission to the shop where I had it at…. Only reason why this isn’t a 5 star is because my local shop had to take the new transmission off again and redo the seals on it because the seals weren’t done properly…

Don't use this merchant, No motor sent. they say oh that one's no good after 16 day's but we do have another one BUT IT IS $500.00 MORE....Also still waiting on credit....Don't fall into their trap....

Okay, this is how it works. You go to the office check-in. No entry fee is great. You have to state the part you look for. You must grab complete parts, for example, the center console. You must buy the entire center console. You can't pull the hinge, lid, or cup holder, which is understandable. You must pay before removing parts. They have late model trucks 14-18 Silverado 99-10 super duty 07-14 gm 1500s. The price for out side mirror is $45, which is more expensive than the pick n pull of $39. This yard should be your last resort. But what gives it the 3 star is rude customer service.

After a pleasant small exchange, I ended up purchasing a car from this family run operation and will likely do so again.I got a 2006 Toyota Avalon for under $6000 and recently completed a Sacramento-Fresno-Monterey-San Francisco trip that was smooth as glass. This is not, obviously, your typical auto dealership and the transaction could take days, but I am pleased with my purchase and recommend them.
