Went to get a throttle body, and they tried to charge me extra for a mass air flow sensor. Price went from $80 to $152. Told the cashier that what he was referring to as a "mass air flow sensor" was the electric throttle motor and is part of the throttle body. After being silent for a minute, he tried to argue that it was a mass air flow sensor while showing pictures of a completely different part! Update: Went to the Rancho Cordova location and they charged me appropriately. Mather is a scam and I won't be coming back.

Never ever go again to this place un professional made me drive 40 minutes for nothing I called before I go to make sure the part ready for pick I go there I wait an hour and at end sells man he’s like you didn’t say anything I’m like bruh been sitting front of for an hour u think I I’m just there like your guys company or what un professional service bad bad bad bad

I purchased a transmission and tried to talk to front desk guy(older gentleman with long hair and glasses) about returning or working something out since the transmission had a bad neutral safety switch. The moment I walked into the office the guy said “i don’t know what you want me to do, I can’t help you and my boss isn’t here I don’t know what time he’ll get here so you’re welcomed to sit there and wait to see if he even shows up” I explained the situation and he said I’m not calling you boss to give you a wait time. I again explained myself and he grew to say curse words to me because I said his customer service is terrible. He sat there staring at his computer and said talk all you want I’m not doing anything for you. We decided to leave and not do the store credit to avoid ever dealing with this business again. The worst transaction I’ve done in many many years

Found them online and searched their website for some truck parts I needed. They got back to me right away with an exact quote including shipping. The price was right and their communication was on point. They even sent me pictures of the parts before packaging them. No BS, no surprises and great prices... highly recommended.

Friendly service lowest but still compeditive prices for personel or commercial appointment towing and usually a wide variety of used cars available.My sweetheart Sharon and I have purchased our last five used cars from David and have called for towing(well lets face it thats never a fun call to make)and David has responded rain or shine day or night.I can only give a review of my own experience and that would be 5 stars.

I needed a powered driver's side mirror for my Dodge pickup and the price they charged me for it was half of a new one and they did all the work. So I was very happy with it and all the folks that work at the front desk were really nice. It reminded me more of visiting my doctor's office than a wrecking yard. 😂🤷‍♂️

I'm not from the area and needed a dumpster while I was cleaning out my Mom's mobile. Tried Waste Management at the park's referral and they didn't call back. Eric at JMA was on it from my first call. Personable, polite and followed through. Due to some unforeseen circumstances, I had to change my schedule twice and Eric didn't flinch. He accommodated my plans and we were able to get the mobile ready for resale. Don't think twice, JMA is as good as you can get.

I was towed from an accident and I wanted my car towed home. Steve told me he could not tow my car home without it costing me... I had car insurance, and I knew my car insurance would pay for it. Steve lead me to believe that if I had it towed to his shop they would cover the cost but not if I had it towed to my home. He miss lead me to believe something else. The he ripped me and my car insurance off with auto repairs. I had to call the State of California Auto Bureau and get them involved. I will never recommend them to anyone. Took advantage of a woman who just had a car accident all the way around.

Called # listed here to get a $ for b&s copper & the gentleman answering said he only dealt with catalytic converters & that part of the facility was in separate area. When I asked for the #, he said there wasn't one as that they don't even have a telephone over there. Either they don't want business or that dude made an effort to be totally unhelpful & apathetic. However, Bruno's was happy to help. We went there.
