This junk yard is fake, liars, and unprofessional. I called and ask if their company buying junk car and this guy say yes then this guy asked info. about my car so I give him all the info. and he say he'll come check it out, so he gave me a date and time but then never showed up. I called and guest what? He declined my call so I figure it was fake or scram.

After several phone calls no one would return our calls. I guess they don’t need our business now or in the future. Disappointing.

Used this Co. and had a great experience. Kale you were the best!! They hauled everything out of our garage including 2 refrigerators. They showed up on time and were very friendly. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to others.

I’ve sold 2 cars to this business. Both times they were very generous with the price and offered better money compared other business I called. They were very busy but still made time to come pick up my cars all the way in Thousand Oaks even though it’s far from their location.

Best service hands down headache free! . I’ve sold two cars to them so far. Easy process, mostly done over the phone. Very fair estimates, no lowballing, no games. They will come and pick up your car where it’s parked. Super friendly crew. Would highly recommend.

This place has completely stolen my money. They sent me the wrong part got my money then when I returned the part that they made sure to get.... Called me several times to make sure. They informed me I might get my refund after the holidays. That's three hundred dollars that I couldn't afford to lose. Not only that I can't buy the right part for my car now. This place is BAD NEWS STAY AWAY AND DONT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY UNLESS YOU JUST LIKE GIVING IT TO CRIMINALS. I have waited weeks and I'm in tears I needed that money back I have no car because of this place it's ruined my life. They belong in jail.

Scam , dishonest people who will steal your money

It’s not often in today’s environment that you call a business and they go that extra mile. I called FSC looking for a interior dome light fuse for my 2001 ML 430. The gentleman answering the phone informed me that they do not sell parts to the public but come on in and they would give me one. I drove to their location in Dana Point and indeed they provided me with the 10amp fuse as well as one of their mechanics put it in and made sure everything worked. I offered to pay for the part and their time and they would not let me pay a dime.Thank you guys at FCS Auto Parts for your business outlook and for being an asset to the community.Don

I got to the recycling spot at 3:30 and another person was just finishing. The man told me, “ Oh I’m sorry we are closed.” It was 3:30 on the dot but there was no closed sign….i saw that sign up when I got back about 10 minutes later. I had been there and he could have taken my recycling. I wish I could close my doors at my work on the dot. I asked very politely if he could take them and he said no….:Also, your hours here say 4:00. So an update on your website is in order.

This is the worst company that I have dealt with in my life. If. I could, I would fire them. But, they are an illegal monopoly so I can't. It seems I have to call them every week because of a missed pickup. I own an apartment complex and this seems to happen every week. They missed a pick up two weeks ago. They missed a pickup last week. I have five dumpsters on my property and this is what it looks like when they miss a pick up. I have to deal with animals and birds tearing open the trash bags and getting trash everywhere. Then cockroaches start showing up and residents start complaining about them. Then I have to spend money for an exterminator. I wish I had a business where my clients paid for 100% of something but I only had to deliver 50% of it like Republic does.
