    This is the worst company that I have dealt with in my life. If. I could, I would fire them. But, they are an illegal monopoly so I can't. It seems I have to call them every week because of a missed pickup. I own an apartment complex and this seems to happen every week. They missed a pick up two weeks ago. They missed a pickup last week. I have five dumpsters on my property and this is what it looks like when they miss a pick up. I have to deal with animals and birds tearing open the trash bags and getting trash everywhere. Then cockroaches start showing up and residents start complaining about them. Then I have to spend money for an exterminator. I wish I had a business where my clients paid for 100% of something but I only had to deliver 50% of it like Republic does.

    Worse ompany ever. 4 consecutive weeks they have missed either the garbage or the recycling and this week they just skip the garbage pickup all together customer service is horrible I don't know where to start to file a complaint so the city of Los Banos will take actions with this company Service: Junk removal

    Worst company ever! Misses garbage day pick-up, drivers don’t pick up trash that falls off the trucks, customer service in Los Banos is rude as heck, they will either pick up garbage and not recycling the place is a joke! I hope the city gets rid of this garbage and gets a different company. Customer service does nothing to fix a situation. Horrible horrible horrible!!!!Services: Junk removal, Yard debris removal

    I have tried to get them to replace the 14 year old bins, this is my 3rd attempt. If I could I would have fired them years ago for their lack of customer service and not just lip service they do that well. Services: Junk removal, Yard debris removal

    Our city used this company as our garbage pick up service and every week for last 3 weeks they have forgotten a trash can, first and second week yard waste bin this week both the yard and recycling bin.
