I love this place. The employees are super sweet! But the hours on Saturday are so confusing and no one answers the phone! It says open 10-2 but I went at 1130 and the sign said “closed for lunch 1145-1230” and they are never open between 1-2! So please change the hours online!

I like online shopping and quick pickup here, have got my last 2 vehicle batteries here and the testing and replacement service offered is appreciated.

Always friendly, and more than willing to help. Sometimes there is a wait when alot of trucks are trying to get on the scales. Not the employees fault. I think they run things pretty smooth.

Perfect Jeep buying experience, the salesman Matt McGee was very knowledgeable and honest about the process. Matt worked well with our trade in and made the selection process seem less. The financial manager friendly and explained everything perfectly. Tommy Blankenship explained all features of my Jeep perfectly, and also helped set up my Jeep apps very throughly. I literally had zero questions at the end of the sale and when I took delivery of the jeep, I felt as if I was just as knowledgeable as these great salesmen. The vehicle was in showroom condition, and they even filled it up for me. I would definitely recommend sheets Chrysler dodge jeep for anyone’s jeep purchase. 10/10 experience! Perfect!

If you break down near here, CALL THEM!We were heading to Jenny Gap WV when our diesel truck blew an hose. We called them from the Atlee exit and they gave us directions to the shop. Once there, they came out took a look and found the problem. They had us repaired and back on our way in about 1 1/2 hours. The cost, well, it was about 300 LESS than we were expecting. Driver towed car that was remote started, about to leave and ignored me when I made eye contact with him, flagged him down to drop the car and he ignored me and drove off. All they care about is money and want to ruin everyone’s day. Would rather ignore someone and get the full money paid than drop the car for a cheaper price. I’ll never understand people who choose a job that they wake up and say.. “I want to ruin people’s day for a living, that’s the job I want.” 0 stars if I could.

I can't recommend this place enough. We use them for EVERYTHING from towing to fixing my door dings. They do a FABULOUS job at a vey competitive price and the office staff goes out of the way to work with your schedule and get you back on the road

This was the worst experience and I have proof the first car I bought was white equinox with a bad engine, then I was told I could only have the black one, which turned out to have severe flood damage which they continued to lie about until I had proof, was still ignored until the fuel pump died, me and my husband were done. They scrapped it for all the problems they refused to see. long story short I was sold a death trap and they did not care worst company, I have pictures for anyone that wants to see.
