Won't answer their phone and when they do, they "yes you off" about parts, then don't follow through. I was placed on hold while there was an argument going on at the store. Totally unprofessional. My experience.

I would never buy from these people. After two calls and telling me they had my parts needed, I drove 6 hours, waited over an hour to find out they did not have the parts. Lady also waiting there waited over two hours after driving 4 hours to get there and like me found out they were lying. I was listening in the background while they answered the phone and quickly found everyone got the yes we have it right here, come and pick it up. Most dishonest people I have ever met.

I had to prepay for a transmission before they would ordered it. The day I was to pick it up my transmission my truck was hit by someone while it was parked at the mechanics shop. It was totaled due to the guy was going 125 MPH according to the cop. They would not give a refund. They stated they would have to eat the shipping cost. I stated I would eat that cost due to I ordered it and sounds fair. They stated no they would not. I asked if they would transfer the warranty to the buyer if I sold it with out never using it. They said no. I decided to count my losses and receive it anyway, even though I tried to be fair and they were not. When the Transmission came out I could see immediately it was not my transmission. The mechanic said it was a standard. The worker looked at my receipt and it stated an automatic. See said they would order a new one. I stated that now they aren't responsible for shipping due to THEY sent the wrong one, according to her own words. I tried to reason with her that neither would be eating any money and now we could be both satisfied. She said no.I never received this transmission. I told her I am backed in a corner and don't want to but I will see them in court. She laughed at me and told me to get off her property. I told her I will as soon as I retie my core transmission down. She yelled at me to get off her property. Then tried to physically force me to leave and could not. She said she is calling the police and putt 911 on the cell phone. I told her please do and let's watch the security video with the cops of her trying to force me in the car while securing my load. I am responsible if my load falls off and causes an accident. I won the $2,000 law suit in court. They have failed to pay up to date. This is the most unethical practice I have ever encountered.

They've came thru for me every time, came all the way up there to get a bumper and they gave me the wrong size. Okay cool, their bad, stuff happens right. Well I noticed on receipt I had 5 days to return BUT I'd just paid someone $20 to take me to get it and was having trouble finding another way. The woman ending up being hateful and really stressing me out but I spoke with a gentleman that was nice & reasonable! And was going to let me bring it past the 5th day. Like they should've. Thanks (:

I mean, it's an ok place. I feel that because this is WV, there is an extremely limited source on ANYTHING. There's only a few places around the state and you'd have to go really far to the others. You'd really think there'd be more competition for things especially junk auto sales. The environment around this place isn't so great but then again, it's a junk yard lol. There should definitely be a thing like U-pull-it, yes that's an actual place. If this company would let their customer pull it with the employee standing right there, you'd probably make more money. I'd rather do it myself than stand there (by the front office) waiting for a guy, who could possibly have no idea what he's doing and mess my part up, with the added limited warranty (selective parts, I think). The office they have is like a shack, then again, this is WV. 😂 love it, though. The employee are really nice and helpful. The woman in the office and the picker were amazing nice. Thanks guys!

These guys ripped me off in a time when I needed help most. My honda had minor damage done to it, but due to a my tire being bent, it was towed here. The engine worked perfectly and it still even drove, but they charged an outrageous price for me to get it out of there, which I could not afford. They also charge per day. I realized that it was a lost cause and I asked them if I could sell it to them. These scam artists said they would give me $100 for it and that was "being generous". The metal in that car alone is worth more than that. These people took advantage of me being penniless and desperate. Based on these reviews, I'm not surprised i'm not the only one that got screwed over by these unethical cowards.

Literally just got off the phone with some lady who answered the phone by saying "what". I was interested in doing business with this company and she refused!!? Some people around here just kill me. How places like this stay in business I have no idea. If I could hit 0 stars I would. Take you're business elsewhere.

It was great my friend found what he needed. The people are nice and have a lot of jerky people to deal with. I never had any problems with finding the right parts.
