These guys went above and beyond trying to help me find a part ford stopped making. Very helpful staff I would highly recommend you try them out they have a large assortment of parts.

Called and asked if they carry a steering box for my truck and they said they had some,called back to check if it was for a 4wd and then they said no and instantly hung up before I could even say for a 4wd so I called back thinking the call dropped and then they said we can’t help and just hung up, super rude customer service

Rude, called to ask a question about a car I wanted to salvage and the lady on the phone was extremely rude. She was on the phone for 30 seconds didn’t answer my question just hung up.

I am reading all of these terrible reviews as I wait forever on hold. The rude man who puts people on hold finally picked up and was completely awful. He obviously has no concern for customer service and his English is terrible. What a miserable experience after three attempts.
