A & B Junk Service should be their name. Terrible experience. Scheduled appointment to pick up my son's salvage vehicle. Even day of the service my son was able to confirm the pickup. Waited 45 minutes, then started calling to see what was up. My son had the guy Carlos' direct # he never picked up the phone. I called the office and talked to Mario, he said he'd have someone from the office call me with an update, that never happened and they stopped picking up my calls. A friend called, they picked up, as soon as he said my son's name they hung up. Wasted 2 hours of my day. Never use these guys if you want a reliable company with good customer service.
