Went to get a new drive shaft, these guys told me they would install it for me for $100 and didn’t even install it correctly. They were missing a few bolt on the driveshaft which is very dangerous to be driving like that.

Wow, these people are not nice or helpful. I'm not going to shop small if I'm going to have to endure poor customer service. Don't go get treated badly by these folks.

Says it's open, gates closed, locked, no sign as to when they'll open, and phone is disconnected. Also they fluctuate scrap prices when you do unload.

One of the rare yards who actually still have old cars and not shredded every month or so. Sadly they have had to crush many classics. I was treated like a friend and left with good stuff. Wish I was out there rootin around right now!

I have shopped at Bates cycle parts for years. Always helpful and always willing to do what it takes to fix your problem or find your parts.

I like it! Sounds good though can be finicky at times. But you get the sound out of it

I agree with rest of the people's complaints here. Their inventory is as accurate as a Stormtrooper's aim. I've looked up 6 Nissan Versas and none of them are in the lanes in their inventory. I did found 1 in a completely in a different lane but it was not any of the 6 Versas in the pictures. Then I tried again for S197 Ford Mustang, it's only 1/3 chance it's accutate. And same for a 1997 Nissan Hardbody that arrived in Nov 2024, it wasn't there during my search in December 2024. Don't waste your time here, look for other pick-n-pull for your sanity.
