Ordered replacement Prius door and outside rear view mirror. Staff was great to work with, and put mirror on the door panel for us which we weren’t expecting. Super reasonable prices. Sales staff Jodi was responsive, and had door ready for us to pick up. Would highly recommend!

The worst customer service I have ever dealt with no one knows what's going on I waited 20min to fund out their wasn't gonna be someone available for another 20 min but I ended up waiting for 45min while workers past me I don't recommend anyone going their go to Alters metal way more efficient and they know what they are doing

Bought a motor that was supposed to be low mileage and it had a cracked block. Didnt know till i got it installed . they didn't varify it was good. Lots of wasted time and money.

Got there at 8 backed up the trailer and then was told I had to pull out because they had a semi that needs to pick up metal. Rude Rude Rude people. Low balling catlitic converters I was going to sell them 12. Went to another place got 150 each. The drive is a mud pit full of nails and metal I have had two flat tires one each time I have went. Won't be going back.

Put his hands on my friend when we tried fitting a headlight on my vehicle to test it. Slammed my car hood down, breaking the latch. Unreasonable prices.

Very knowledgeable and has the right equipment to diagnose problems with today's cars. The cost of the diagnosis was reasonable (we decided not to repair the car).

I been going here for years. Bought a split bench for my 73 Grand Torino in the 70's long before the green fence and the land across the street. The landscaping has change over the 40 years but the people haven't. would get great deals. Always call here first. HUGE selection.

He always has the parts we need at a more than reasonable price. They also have excellent customer service. The young lady that almost always awnsers the phone is very pleasent to deal with.

Hauled in metals-tin short steel,aluminum, brass ,copper and E-wire . Cleaning the yard before the snow starts coming. Always a great bunch of people out at Tourniers and prices are up alittle.

I did not buy a fuel tank like I was looking to do. I did not because of the honest man I spoke to. I was told when replacing a fuel tank its probable a better idea to buy new. He explained why to me and I agreed by the end of our call. He could of sold me an old rusty tank just so they could make a buck. I was instead guided to go a different route, a smarter route even though he was not going to make a sale.
