I have been a customer of KeystoneAutomotive out of Lexington for years, and would highly recommend them. They have always been great to our company. There parts are top quality and price is very competitive. They have great reps and delivery drivers who are always very helpful. I have to especially mention there paint rep Nate, he is the best rep I have ever worked with, if I have a problem he will come to our shop and help me work through it. He comes to the shop regularly and demos new products and updates our paint mixing system. And I have even gotten to attend out of state paint training Matrix System Paint and Keystone payed the tab. Glad to be working with these folks!

The place is a price gem for people who prefer working on their own vehicles, choosing used parts over new or refurbished. The owner, Tim Green, is a very reasonable negotiator. A likeable guy, easy to do business with. The vehicles on the yard are typically pick-n-pull for parts; there are a couple of workers to assist customers, but there are times you may end up pulling the part yourself.

The worst experience! I would never use them again! They signed the original title wrong. Had me pay $60 for a duplicate back in December & I'm still waiting 8 months later. The communication is poor & it's very unorganized company. Zero stars for me

They sold me an overpriced axle it was Bent and then didn't want to help fix it

Great group of guys that work there. The one they call Krispy Kream can really operate the backhoe to help if your load gets jammed up

The guy running the inside scales, who thinks he's plant manager, is running off customers. Will never be back!! Heard him brag about screwing customers that didn't know what kind of metal they had then pocketing the difference.

I called around 5:30 PM, wanted to know if they were going to be open until 8 PM. My schedule wouldn’t let me come any sooner than after 6 PM.The person I talk to was difficult to understand. I kept asking him what time do you close he said we don’t give that out until we find out what you want I thought it was, odd, ask him again , And again he said we don’t give Out until we know what you want and. I handed the phone to a friend who was needing some exhaust parts for his truck. From that point on the conversation went very well I was told. Unlike like the beginning of the conversation.The website says they’re open to 8 PM on Tuesdays. I drove out there I arrived around 7PM and they were closed.If you’re going to advertise hours until 8 PM I think you should be open until 8 PM.

All major components bought come with a 30 day warranty.. Hard to get that in this day.

Be aware of this place!! I used to use them when it was Waddell's and had no issues.When it became Mack's recycling I was quoted one price over the phone and then was paid a different price much lower. Also they put me under somebody else's name. Very disappointed in their customer service! Have to look elsewhere fo an honest recycling center. Sad as I like to do business within the local community.

Well I was gonna take my copper here that I've saved from work. But after reading the reviews. I don't think I will.

Quick helpful service they even helped me load my truck I highly recommend them.

Every single time you call and ask for anything he always is in such a hurry to get off the phone so he says he never has anything even before you can say what your looking for

I love this place! The staff know what they are doing and they don't mind lending a helping hand. Plus their prices are unbeatable and they don't mind staying open past closing just to assure that all costumers that made it inside their fence line on time get to finish what they seeked out to do for that day. If you haven't been by Grade A please make sure you come and experience it for yourself.

I live in Lexington but always bring my vehicles back home to Coy to work on them when I can. He's always been able to fix anything I've needed fixed and he charges me a fraction of what they do in Lexington.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff at the Nicholasville location. Better prices than most competitors, quick in and out. Mopar, Keith and Becky really have it together and work harder than anyone else to get you on your way with what you need. Have tried the one in Lexington, they were ok but can't match the service at the Nicholasville location.
