Absolutely.Love this place and the secretary is amazing.I loved her grinch Christmas display.I had to pick up a liner for the front end of my car and it literally only took me about 15 minutes total.Thank you guys for everything.I will be coming back

Customer service is terrible. Can't do her job for sleeping or chasing the owner. I couldn't even get someone on the phone to purchase a car. I will go somewhere else.

Horrible... These guys absolutely ripped me off then proceeded to threaten me.. be very careful here . I personally felt that I was n danger n had to overpay and quickly leave , go home and finish the job myself. Even charged me for the parts they broke. Scary people. Never had a business owner say he's gonna damage my vehicle,(bust widows out) if I didn't pay over 40 dollars more than agreed plus didn't even complete job.I'm going to have to take it somewhere else to be completed,

Bought a nice vehicle from Mr. Watts. He's a very respectful gentleman. I was referred to him by Timmy at Barr's Automotive after I had bought a lemon from someone else. We're here for temporary work so, I didn't know anyone here. I am so thankful to have met both Barr and Watts. Mr. Watts is a true gentleman and I am thankful to have dealt with an honest elderly gentleman. I had a small issue with the automatic seat and Mr. Watts sent me straight to another honest gentleman and got it taken care of. I didn't even ask him to. They don't make them like Mr. Watts anymore unfortunately. I recommend anyone needing a reliable and affordable vehicle to see Mr. Watts. I'm sure glad I did.

Very unexceptional customer service. Very rude salesman. When it was time for my husband and I to make a final purchase, the person told us that he was in the middle of an auction. We wanted to know more information about the title and he told us he does not know the information about the title of the car that he is selling. He also proceeded to tell us to research ourselves about the title and, "do not waste my time!" We walked away from the offer.

Took 2 tool boxes full of bolts and nuts and some wire got $20. Name should be bottom dollar. Won't go back again

Had a engine shipped (after 1 month) to NC. Arrived upside down (1 nylon strap holding engine to pallet - fell off). Engine had water inside heads and cylinders, so rusted. Was promised a replacement comparable 137000 mile engine, after repeated calls over weeks finally recieved the worst, most corroded engine I had ever seen. Looked like it had been sitting out in the rain for years. There was layers of old oil and corrosion. Could not use and need to just dispose of it for scrap. RIPPED -OFF. Owner must have laughed as they paid to ship me this junk as a replacement. $600 gone. NEVER use these people!

Great place and seemingly always gives top dollar. Any issues the owner has always quickly settled any issues personally. Good guy, good people
