When my car broke down I was at my wits end trying to find a mechanic that didn't charge an arm and a leg! Finally I came across One O Eight and they were honest and had the parts to fix our car at a reasonable price. After being so satisfied with the repair work I will be back for more servicing in the future. Recommend to friends and neighbors, thank you for doing such a great job.

Went to buy a steel wheel, it’s already a little overpriced at nearly $25 for a junkyard wheel but that’s fine. Have to get the tire taken off, cashier tells me it’s $5 so I get it done. Understandable, but get to checkout and I’m being told it’s $10 for the tire dismount. Asked if he could knock it down to $5 or just charge me for a diff part that’s $5, he said he can’t do that. Walked out of there because paying $41 total (after entry fee for 2) for a steel wheel is highway robbery. Go to Pull a Part instead, cheaper entry, parts, and friendlier people.

Not very good customer service. Celled them twice on accident and got attitude for it. Keep up the great work. You earned two stars and i gave you one for answering the phone.

While I did not purchase anything from them so I cannot speak for that side of the business, selling my old car was quick and easy. I needed it gone same day and they made that happen. Gentlemen who picked it up happily chatted with me about what he was doing upon my request. Great experience!
