Real address for the Greenville lot is 528 Old Easley Hwy Greenville, SC 29611 I’m not give 1 star because I’m mad they took my truck. But they had no paper work and were rude when I asked. I could have prevented them from taking it till the bank fixed the error but I didn’t because it should be a simple pay my fees and get my truck. Then I found out they are only open for two hours a day and won’t release my truck without an appointment and won’t answer the phone except for those two hours and list the wrong address so you can’t even talk to them in person. I was able to find my truck and was standing next to the truck it wasn’t even on the lot for 24 hours but was charged for two day because they would let me pick it up without an appointment even with the proper paper. Predatory business practices at its finest can tow people away 24 hrs but only available for 2 hours to let people get them back

Too slow pulling parts held up my buisness and my customer have another issue but wont air it out here.

For 3 Days I called and called setting and resetting appointment after appointment then was told to be there and wait and so I did for over an hour in the rain with a broken car window. I have over $2000 in scarp but yet even that is not important enough. If I could rate it at 0 stars I would because it cost me money to try to go to them. Don't ever contact or use them thank you for your time.
