Absolutely overpriced for used parts. Charges an arm and a leg for plastic and individually prices items that have no value. Be prepared to grab the bare minimum for your project car because you’ll be walking out of there with a bill you can’t afford. Not even willing to negotiate based on condition of item. They don’t know what their doing.

Always did well here until today when returning a strut/w spring, hub bearing (pressed) and knuckle all together and sold to me that way. I was told that it wasn't their parts, even though marked as they do all parts, and that I was overcharged because pressed bearing comes with the knuckle. The manager was called out because the short heavy set guy working the sales desk lied and said it's not their parts. And tried to step up to me but only after the manager came out. They, even though have cameras would t do anything about the overcharge. Be very careful and informed before handing over any cash or cards about the price.

Nov 27th I purchased this motor from 111, took it home discovered it had a broken timing chain and guides, along with a few other things. So motor is no good, called them told them all the information on the receipt I had at the time such as transaction number and whatever else they needed on the receipt and they said we will warranty it and replace it with another used one. Few days go by they call me tell me it’s ready for pickup, unfortunately I lost the receipt over the weekend and now they are saying they can’t do anything without the receipt. I’ve been in contact with Jeff for a week and half straight and he’s given me the same information that he hasn’t found it or hasn’t gotten around to it. Which is crazy because as a business you don’t keep any type of transaction history or invoice? Doesn’t sound right to me, however the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act states This federal law protects consumers by limiting when a company can deny a warranty claim, including situations where a receipt is missing, as long as the product is demonstrably within the warranty period and the issue is covered by the warranty terms. So that being said 111 employee when you see this you get in contact with me and don’t post on here making excuses for the public. Don’t do you’re business with 111 if you haven’t gotten the jist of it from their other reviews

Called and asked if they had a transmission in stock. They said yes we have one, gave me the price and I told them I'll be by tomorrow to pick it up. The guy said okay. See you tomorrow. Show up to get it. They want $150 deposit and want 2 to 3 days to get it. You could have told me all of this over the phone. Why not? Very shady I got to pay for a deposit for a transmission I can't see and then a 30% restock fee if I don't want it. And they won't even give you a refund. They give you yard credit. Are you kidding me? Luckily I found another Auto salvage with a 4.5 review. Guess what. They have it sitting on a shelf where I can just come in, look at it, and get it. They also provide pictures of the odometer from the car. They also provide a a 30-day money-back warranty. Like any reputable Auto salvage. Go anywhere else. These guys are shady.

Paid for a motor in full, never received the call to pick it up. Upon calling multiple times, I finally get an answer of yes the motor is ready to be picked up. So I drive an hour to pick it up, I arrive at 4:34 to be told they close at 5 but won't load it because it's past 4:30. Refuse to do business with them again, save your time and money, just go to speedway it's only about 2 miles farther if I could give negative stars I would. Horrible.....

$2 Entry per person: cash and card accepted. Decent staff. Bring your own tools, but be aware they'll search your tool bag before you continue. Wheel barrows to haul your stuff. Big-rock gravel, so wear protective shoes. Cars, trucks, and trailers for days! Wheels in decent condition also for sale near the entrance. Important note: you may or may not have cell service while out in the salvage yard. Porta Potty available near entrance.

I visited this salvage yard a little while ago in search of a key tumbler for my driver side door of a 2002 Trailblazer. This yard had several trucks to choose from and I found my part. A friend took it off the salvaged vehicle which fit perfectly into mine. This place was like any other salvage yard full of vehicles to find much needed car parts. There is a charge to go into the yard and I believe I paid $2. If you're looking parts check out this salvage yard. #Tonetta

Best salvage yard on both sides of the Mississippi. The staff is polite, knowledgeable, patient and the prices are the fairest anywhere. And what a hugh selection of vehicles. Like visiting a candy store.

This was at pickup and trying to explain to manager this motor has to be dropped but because it wasn’t apart of the warranty they didn’t want to do anything about it, not to mention this was the 2nd motor we going back and forward about because the 1st was done the same way but worse. Nobody want some that has visible damage at pickup

Great salvage yard got a used 4.0 Jeep motor from here and it went in great for a good price. Don’t let other folks deter you from giving these good folks a visit and see if they can save you a buck compared to lkq. you’re buying used parts and shouldn’t expect it to be perfect but consumer acceptable!!!

Called for a part. Person was nice on the phone. They said they had one in stock. Asked if they could hold it as it’d be a haul to get there. They said sorry it’s first come first serve. Waited in line for 30 minutes, no problem, they're busy. It’s my turn, told the person what I was looking for. He was gone for 15 minutes and came back and said sorry, I couldn’t find it. Sometimes it shows we have it when it doesn’t. I’m understanding, but that’s why I called. There’s nothing that can be done. I just wanted everyone to be aware of you are looking for items that they pull and offer for sale make them actually look for it before you drive. They were nice and that’s why I’m not giving them a one star.

Prices are fair. Inventory is flipped fairly often. Customer service could use some work. All in all, like this place.

The managers pulled a gun on me because they advertised an engine for 2004 Chrysler Pacifica as $275 out the door plus tax and when I got here they charge me nearly $400

Fair prices for certain things, but their wheelbarrels could be better (at least 2 wheels instead of 1 for more stability). They have an import side and domestic side for junk cars, but beware of some personel operating the scrap loaders and large forklifts. There isn’t much info on certain sections of the yard where vehicles get moved or relocated except for areas marked with Keep Out Signs, because a forklift tried to move a scrap car with me halfway inside while I was trying to retrieve a spare tire jack kit. However, 111 Salvage has a disclaimer you have to sign before entry, they’re not responsible for accidents or injuries. Lastly, if you ever try to get used transmissions from here, you should expect to have it rebuilt due to 50/50 split success and failure rates.

They sat a truck on a culvert on the cross member, wouldn't do anything to help move it. Couldn't get trans out. Wouldn't let me pull my truck in with 2 3 ton jacks way in the back instead of having to drag them all the way back. The bearded guy up front was rude and wouldn't give any other answer than no. Flvery unhelpful people. Your SOL if you need any help whatsoever.

They use to be reasonable to get into their junkyard, but now they have enough nerves to charge $2 to get in. I couldn’t believe they wanted me to pay that much to get into a junkyard that I have to pull my own parts. Also, they charge for every little thing. I am willing to pay a $1, but I have to be a fool to pay more than that. COVID, is not an excuse to rip people off. I recommend people to go to Riverside, it’s free and they don’t charge for petty things like hoses, screws etc.

I made an offer on one of their vehicles and it was declined “because of tax reasons” and then he hung up on me. With that happeningC I had my husband call and ask if the full price pays for everything, turns out the car already had a down payment on it and was being sold. I don’t trust them, they were very shady and rude to me. So if you want or need a vehicle fast, don’t trust them for it.

My wife and I came here last Saturday and found a part we couldn't find anywhere else.We didn't finish by closing but they gave us a free pass for the next day. The prices are good and the employees we dealt with were polite, even friendly(for a junkyard!). The yard itself is organized and relatively neat. The few minor moans I have are the big steel pipes supporting the vehicles make access to some parts difficult and the large paving stones are no fun to crawl around or lay on. As a long time yardbird I'd recommend 111 Salvage and will be back.
