Completely disfunctional and unprofessional. Father and son don't seem to know anything they are doing and don't show any compassion or care for what they are doing or for their costumers. Advertise for discounts and being a cheap easy yard to deal with and you'll get the complete opposite. Do yourself the favor and not even thinking of this place as an option because they will leave you to fend for yourself and do all your own work because they are too busy in their home relaxing and watching tv. Not happy with the mess, the service, and the attitude or false advertising.

My experience with A-1 has been nothing but positive! The skill of the drivers is amazing. They can tow with their eyes closed! Especially the owner! I recommend this tow company to EVERYONE!! You will be happy, even though getting towed sucks!!

Amazing service! Got stuck in a ditch badly and a couple guys came and pulled me out without damaging my vehicle and trailer. The crew was polite curious and I would definitely recommend them

The most unprofessional company I've ever seen don't know what they're doing at all when it comes to towing cars damaged the vehicle when it had no damage prior to them touching it wouldn't recommend this company if it was the last tow truck/auto body company on Earth
