My husband called prior to going all the way to chipley to see if they had some cars available for 2000.00-2500.00 down and he was advised that the did have a few. So, we both go and upon going into the place I already felt uncomfortable with the stares that we’re given. Being judgmental before even opening my mouth. I could see it all in their eyes and expressions as well when speaking to them. They stated the had ONE vehicle in our price range which the guy proceeded to show us. As soon as he took us to the car my husband asked him was this the only car within the budget we had. After being told there were a few. He stated there wasn’t anymore and just walked off after saying something about having to pay taxes with the down payment. Okay! That was fine. We go inside and ask about a Honda that was available he said that one was 3500.00 down. My husband and I and the owner discussed and he told me to come back when I had the money. So, we decided to go with the one that they showed us that was working our budget because we needed a vehicle. Then ALL of sudden the owner said we don’t know if we want to sell it then not a minute later the tall skinny white fella stated that a “black guy” was interested and then like not a few second afterwards it was stated that he already put a deposit on it. (Their words not MINE) The owner said I want you to have what you want so come back with the 3500.00. No, y’all were judgmental from the time we walked into there. After seeing us you had no intentions of selling to us anything. I guess y’all think we’re just plain out ignorant and can’t see the judgements that were being passed. You dang sure didn’t make me feel comfortable in this situation. At all. It’s amazing how I get four different stories within 15 minutes of being there. It is okay though. I just now know I am not allowing myself to deal with people like this. Even though I had 5,000.00 in my account and could have easily drove off with something, but your actions and how you were nice/nasty was very noticeable and didn’t do great at hiding it.

I do not like giving poor reviews . As the owner of a New car Automotive dealership I know how hard it is to gain trust in a customer and earn a “good review” from them .This is a different kind of review. This review is to allow the public to understand what kind of employees work at A&B Auto. My company was brought an automobile of the brand we sell and asked to do a repair . They themselves brought the vehicle , not the owner. When we were called by the actual owner of the vehicle we discussed with them the details of what we did and told them the auto was ready. We were then contacted back by A&B Auto and talked to very badly and were told that we should not have discussed the details with the “actual owner” of the vehicle. I will mention the repair was under warranty and there was no charges for anything.I’m not sure the reasons for this but because we did our job and A&B Auto did not like it they gave my company some bad reviews on Google as a result of this. These were hatred reviews that are not honest . They were simply given because they were upset for reasons that did not pertain to us . We have had another altercation with A&B Auto before as well. I will not discuss the circumstances to smear their name about that time, but it was not good.We are an honest New Car company and I’m not mentioning my company’s name to remain anonymous. However I will say this be careful dealing with A&B . I’m not sure if you will get 100% honesty from them about vehicles that they sell . They almost come across as deceiving.I will remove this review if the reviews that were given about my business are removed as well .The power of social media and online reviews is Huge! My business takes them very serious and I hope A&B Auto does as well.

Just purchased my vehicle last week, and they gave exceptional customer service. All the employees were nice, pleasant, and helpful through out the process. I called with questions that they listened to and helped me with. I did not feel rushed or like I didn't matter. Will be a repeat customer.
