I was there to pickup my husband Michael after his unfortunate car accident. I'm glad that he wasn't hurt. The car is totaled but we will move on and regroup.

Recently my car broke down and I needed it towed. The driver was friendly but he had no idea what he was doing. When he picked my car up, he caused damage. When he dropped my car off at the shop I requested, he caused even more damage to my car. I struggle to keep my car going as I am on disability with a fixed income. Now it's looking like I will be without a way of going for longer than expected because of the damages. I can barely afford to fix the main reason my car broke down. Not yet knowing the extent of the damage has me worried that it may be too costly to fix. Even though my car isn't a new, high end, inexpensive car, it's still my only means of transportation. This all being said, I strongly do NOT recommend their tow service unless you have plenty of money to throw away on unnecessary damages.

Towing Had our brake line go out in town shopping. They were quick, Very professional, and the driver very courteous. Got us and the car home. I would recommend them anytime .

If your insurance company is giving you a low ball estimate, they will help. They'll fix you up and get you back on the road, and that's what I need.

Not too friendly..I came to your shop about my truck a few months ago..asked if you could look at it ..you never stopped to consult with me you just stated yal were already full..and continued your task.Then i called you a few weeks ago asked about a battery being changed..you stated we dont deal with those and hung up..I run into you in public alot!!.and you dont speak when I smile and speak..so I just figured your not a people's person..that's my opinion. I'm sure you maybe an awesome guy I just seem to catch u maybe when your frustrated. I too have those days..but myself as a business owner I make sure I try to be friendly because that may be a customer in the future or if I cant help my or customer I'll do my best to steer them in the right direction of others who may help..but like I said,that was MY FEW EXPERIENCES I ENCOUNTERED WITH YOU..
