    I need a plastic trim piece for my truck that covers a fuse panel on the interior. The gentleman got it for me and didn’t even charge me for it. Simply said “have a nice day.” I will be using this business for ALL of my used parts needs at my garage now.

    I've had the displeasure of having to go here twice, and both times sucked. This place has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. It's an hour's drive away from where I live, so the day before I could make the trip, I called to check if their actual inventory matches what they have listed on their website. The woman answering the phone was rude and unhelpful. "Don't bother me, I'm eating lunch!" Lady, it's 3 pm. Don't pull that BS on me. Whatever, it can't be that bad in person, right? Wrong. It's way out in the boonies. There's no parking lot, just a dirt pulloff along a fence next to the road. The customer reception area is a whopping 2 ft x 4 ft of floor space at the front door of their 3000 sq ft building. Customers aren't even allowed to walk in the yard to see if they even have the right car or part. While they pull a part for you, there's no concessions or anywhere to sit and wait. The second (and last) time I went, I was guided to the yard by an employee so I could verify if they had the correct parts. Despite the fact I was allowed back there for that one time, the other employee pulling some other parts was visibly annoyed by it. To top it all off, there's a high likelihood they will leave out important pieces for any of the parts you need (like screws, clips, etc.) and still charge top dollar for it. I'd give this business NEGATIVE stars if I could. If you need parts for your car, save your time and money and don't go here.

    Great staff, and very reasonable prices. Had exactly what I was looking for, transmission. After they pulled it, it was waiting for me at the agreed time. They have tons of great stuff. Highly recommend to all car people. Well worth my 3.5 hour drive there.

    Michelle is SO RUDE AND unprofessional. They don’t give your money back and they string you along. If michelle Continues to be the person of contact for clients- this place will go out of business.. I have never dealt with someone so nasty, mean, and unhappy!!!!

    MICHELLE WAS VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL SHE DISNT CHECK ME OUT BECAUSE I WAS ON THE PHONE. NEVERRRRRRR IN MY LIFE HAVE I EXPERIENCED SOMETHING LIKE THIS IN MY LIFE. WOULDNT CHECK ME OUT SIMPLY BECAUSE I WAS ON MY PHONE THAT I PAY FOR?!! HORRIBLE.

    Simply rude, unhelpful to the point where it seems deliberate. Simply trying to buy some parts and even that is too much trouble for them. I am not one for writing negative reviews, but these guys were really grim. Read their other reviews, it's eye opening. I take no pleasure in writing this.

    We ( my husband and I ) drove 2 hours to come pick up a cylinder head. They needed us here to start taking it off, we get here and we waited in our truck for them to take it off. A man comes and tells my husband to follow him. He went behind him. I realized my husband had took the keys so I go try to find him to turn on my truck. The lady inside says he’s locked back there and I said ok not thinking much. Then proceeds to say he’s locked he wasn’t supposed to go back there ( he was told by a man to follow him ). She had closed the garage door for him not to come out. Not sure what this lady expected out of the situation but she locked my husband inside till she was told by a worker he went back there because they had ordered him to. 😐 0/5 stars for this place if I could. This lady is lucky that I did not decide to tell her something for locking my husband in the back of the yard! She needs to file for retirement!!

    part was not functioning properly, gear assembly was refurbished just by replacing a cheap switch but the locking mechanism was left broken so the gear doesn't lock in place in the manual settings

    Zero stars how u give me the wrong car part when I called in twice about the part then told u the model when I got there it better not be a problem with returning my car part or I will sue!!!

    The receptionist needs to retire find a new job do something definitely doesn’t need to be in customer service of any sort about as rude as a rabid dog don’t do business here go to Johnson’s down the road ! Cheaper better and actually have a good attitude will not be returning

    I had to drive almost 40 minutes to get to this location and it felt as if "the hills had eyes." A typical mom-and-pop, back hills location. They weren't friendly at all. Their website showed they had 2 parts however when I got there, they only had 1. It took about 20 minutes to retrieve a part that should have only taken about 10 minutes and did I mention they weren't friendly at all? The part they had was in excellent condition and at least the woman said thank you with a half smile grin.

    Asked for specific parts, they said they had them, however they don't have anyone to walk the yard to see what condition the parts are in.. You get there, and the parts are broken, and they want to much money for them... I would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere...

    Just got off the phone with the receptionist. She was very rude and explained to me that she could not run a total on 4 stock wheels and tires because she was busy eating lunch. I stated that I probably shouldn’t do business with them and hung up. 0/10. If you don’t like your job, find something else to do with your time!!!

    I rented a truck and drove an hour from Atlanta to Griffin to pick up a hood from A&B. Great experience - Michelle was awesome and even started assisting me before they opened. I tried to negotiate a price but she held firm - it was well worth it. Not only that there was another part that I don't think they had but she went out of her way to look up for me! She found it in seconds and I've been looking for two weeks! Rusty helped me get the parts and was just as awesome; he took the hood off and loaded it in my truck in what I believe to be record time. This is a great place and will always start my parts search here first.

    Ordered parts over the phone, they would not ship two pieces of plastic, so I drove almost 3 hours only to find a broken part. This business is listed on car-part.com. Use at your own risk when placing a phone order.

    If I could give NO STARS OR NEGATIVE STARS as a rating I WOULD! DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY! I never give bad reviews. I know how important negative and positive ratings can affect a company. I ordered a driver side headlight. The woman I spoke to on the phone was very polite but made a mistake by putting an order in for a passenger side headlight instead of the driver side headlight like I needed. I’m not here to bash her. She obviously made a mistake. So I called them back after getting the wrong part and explained to her very nicely that I was sent the wrong part. She apologized and put me on the phone with a rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful man that told me I didn’t know my left from right and it was my fault that the wrong side was sent. Keep in mind that I never told them left or right I told them I needed a DRIVER SIDE HEADLIGHT! I originally paid $30.00 in shipping the first time. Than I was told that I had to pay for the shipping to return the part back which was $31.55 if I wanted the correct part to be sent to me. All I wanted was for them to own up to their mistake and pay for the shipping back to them. If they sent me the correct part in the first place I wouldn’t be in this situation. He than told me it’s too bad they sent the wrong part they don’t warranty shipping. It was their fault but too coward to own up to their mistake. Now the shipping cost is more than the part cost! I will NEVER BE USING A & B auto ever again. Go ELSEWHERE!!! This place is a joke! On top of getting the wrong part they sent me a headlight that was broken but they at least put the broken pieces in the box for me. All in all don’t go here. Save your stress level. If I could give them negative 5 stars I would for their poor customer service

    My experience was horrible very terrible customer relation. Very RUDE and UNPLEASANT front Desk lady. Proud and arrogant. I bought a car door form her, got the payment first and dump the door under the rain. Kept me and my daughter sstanding under the rain. BAD BUSINESS experience.

    I called and spoke to the office manager, who identified her name as Michelle. I told her I who I was and asked for a specific part and if additional photos could be provided. She told me photos were available online l. I told her these were not good quality, and if she would provide additional. She refused and told me the only pictures were online and the part was offsite. To get to the point... BEWARE this place has unprofessional management and HORRIBLE customer service. I will spread the word to all my dealer and repair shop network.

    Can’t walk on yard just given prices which are high to me price given i could have got new for what I needed and when ask well can I look at it first etc she just shrugged her head not personable at all first and last time going

    They had the parts that I was looking for and at a good price. But it took a while to actually have them in hand as they were in the process of pulling other parts for another customer. So be prepared to wait. Or if you are around the area, maybe pay for the part and then come back once it's pulled. This would save time.

    Go to Johnson’s . You can’t go to this place without having to deal with terrible customer service, and it’s solely the woman in the front office. We know of at least 15+ people/businesses that would rather travel for a part or pay for a new one before they had to deal with this place simply because of the attitude of the “office manager”.

    My experience was fine until I got home and realized they sold me a broke manifold..wow I really wish yall could have pre warn me and gave me a option after driving 🚗 a whole hr to griffin..thanx alot

    Found online set of seats from this yard. Called to confirm they had what was listed on car-part.com and they said they did. Drove many hours to get to their location only to find out someone had put cloth seats into the vehicle. They had no idea who did it, falsely advertised what was listed over the phone and online and wasted my entire day. Time off work , gas, and time wasted. Really unprofessional employees as well.

    The worst business ever. I would rate them -0. I drove over two hours to get parts for my vehicle and I was assured that they had the right part, but just as I suspected, they didn't have the part and offered no apology for the worst ever customer service. I would never recommend this business to anyone ever! I didn't like anything about this business
