    This auto is a scam. I ordered my abs back in march of this year. Never received my ordered. Ever time I call, the person that answered the phone alway give excused that they going to refund me. I have the phone call record and invoice. This company is a scam. I paid that through cash app because they were convincing that they going to shipped my abs module for 2007 camry hybrid. $267. I'm don't know how I'm going to get my refund. I guest I'm going to post everyday.

    These guys are so dishonest! They got us the wrong parts several times and they would lie about when the correct parts are coming. We had a wrong engine and transmission that I know of it and it was never really resolved.

    Had them pull a transmission for me it's the correct transmission. Putting it in now we'll see if it actually works. ∆ UPDATE ∆ Transmission was nice and clean internally had no issues with it at all! Mike was communicative with me about the timeline on getting it ready, and was patient with me getting back to Tulsa to pick it up.

    Wanted a headlight for car. They tried to sell me a used headlight for $400. I bought a brand new one on ebay for $150. I even asked them if they could do any better. Nope. I expected $50-100 😆 guess I got a brand new one for a better price.

    In November 2023, I paid over $550.00 for a used transmission, the company had it delivered to me for an additional cost...3 weeks later. The transmission is BAD! I contacted the owner, Mike on several occasions. Every week he promised me that he would get me another transmission, next week. Overtime he started avoiding my calls. I filed a small claims suit against him, and on May 22, 2024, he was court ordered to return my money, minus the delivery fee. He told me at the courthouse that he would mail me a check in a few days. I have called and text him several times and he's ignoring my calls again. This guy is a CROOK! If you do business with him, he will beat you out of your money. I have cancer and other illnesses and I need my car to get to the doctor on a weekly basis. I have had to pay for rides and inconvenience others because this guy wants to cheat, senior citizens fighting cancer. Shame on him! God doesn't like ugly. Signed Linda B.     If I could put 0 stars I would! Lack of communication. Told me 24 hour on Friday morning 9am.... They closed at 2 on Saturday said sister company stays open til 7. Lies never told me it was called a different name or gave me a number. I had it figure it out for myself. Then Fitch (sister company) gave me the run around all weekend long still no part Monday at 11am. Im out 100 on Uber rides alone. Paid just under 100 for a used part to be pulled. Yet here we still are

    DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Business stated they had a certain part in stock and would deliver in town for the next day so they would have time to take the part off the car. Understandable of course. Requested $500 check up front, strange but sure. Part was promised to be at my shop at 11am next day. 1pm rolls around, nothing. They moved the delivery time to 3pm, still nothing, then moved it to sometime after 5pm. Never showed up with the part that I pre-paid for. Every time I call for an update its just another excuse. Now my customer has wasted 2 days of his sensitive time not alone my techs time and wasted space in the shop. This is so incredibly unacceptable. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I’d give 0 stars if I could. I had a damaged wheel & ordered one used through A&B on 7/28/23, they said it was coming from Texas, taking about 4-5 days to come in. I was charged that day the price of the wheel which was about $140. The wheel came in damaged, which I don’t blame them for, so they sent the wheel back and I cancelled+refunded the order. I got another wheel elsewhere after calling around because it was readily available. About the refund - I called them a week later to ask where my money was. They told me to give it another week because “their accountant had to come in to issue the refund.” Which I thought was already processed (their words when I called the week prior). Fast forward to last week 9/6/23, still no refund to my bank. I called and spoke with someone about the refund yet again and was told I would see it in my account in 1-3 days. Fast forward to yesterday, 9/11/23, still no refund. Called again and was put on hold, decided to drive to the shop, was on hold for the entire drive. Showed up to the shop, still on hold (45 mins now), and asked to speak to the owner. They said he’d be back in about 45 minutes. Eventually he walked in and issued the refund on the computer right there in the shop. Clearly last week they STILL had not processed anything! Well this afternoon, it finally hit my bank. Every staff member I spoke with assured they would get this done for me. Not to mention, I received 0 product from them. I just want to warn anyone that chooses to do business here. At the least, don’t pay for ANYTHING until it arrives, in good condition, and in your possession. This was a 6 week ordeal + multiple phone calls to get my money back. I hate leaving bad reviews but I don’t want this to happen to anyone else.

    THIEVES Was looking for and engine for my car. I was told it had 69K miles on it and wanted $750. Talked them down to $540 because that's about what they are online. He said he would call me when it was ready to be picked up the next day. This was on a Wednesday. Called the next day and was told the same thing. Never heard from them on Friday. Over the weekend I ran the vin for the vehicle the engine supposedly came out of if and It had 129K miles. I went up there on Monday for a refund and was told that wasn't the car engine I was sold came out of. I was sent to another junkyard where the engine actually was and they gave me the vin for the "actual car" it came from. Ran that vin and it had 150K miles. Only good thing is they did refund me my money after waiting an hr for a check. Would not trust any part from these people at mileage has an effect on.

    These people don’t know how to run a business! Super unprofessional, we waited two weeks to receive the parts we ordered and when we got them, the front bumper I had order turned out to be a certifit one and not the oem one I had ordered! Keep in mind they made me pay them in advance for the parts to be delivered to okc. Fast forward today (almost 2 months) I am still waiting on my refund for the parts I never received , and Everytime I speak with Mike (The owner) or Kelly (The manager) they tell me the money will be here the next day! These people are Scammers!! DONT BUY PARTS FROM HERE!!!

    This place is pathetic! I wouldn't tell anybody to buy anything here. I bought an engine through them and turns out it was blown. After videos and pics they requested sent to Mike (the owner) to his cell phone. After 3 months of daily phone calls and being hung up on and on hold for over an hr and at the end of that 3 months they screened my phone # don't leave messages because they won't call you back. Finally after threatening to take them to court I got a perfectly running engine.

    It’s very very bad customer service under not honest. I paid through cash app to buy Engine and Transmission give me a bad one in the beginning and took almost 7 months before they gave me another one and it’s not the right one I ordered a transmission with them paid it on cash app just to make it right and took them a week until I called them and still don’t have it. Very bad I give them a chance to make it right and still not right. This business should be close by now.

    DO NOT BUY from this shop. They are LIER! When you tried to call them they will not answer your phone since they recognize your phone. Best thing to reach out to them use different number so you can talk to them. Same issue pay first before you get the part you need....which totally understable...it took weeks before you can get the part you paid for. Then you finally have have the part and its its been pain painted. Your'e not getting what you paid for.LIER AND SCAM

    I’m in the auto industry, specifically parts. We order a steering column which was billed the day we ordered it. They said it would take a couple of days to remove it and then they would ship it. Coming up on seven weeks, we have called them at least 10 times. We tried to work with them and be patient for 5 of those weeks. We have been lied to every time, still no part and no refund. We have now filed a claim with the credit card company. Out right thief’s.

    Horrible place to do business! Ordered our parts over 3 months ago and they keep giving us the run around. Said 2 more days over & over. Have been there at least 2X a week -they gave us wrong parts, then said we didn't order the missing part. We paid in advance.. they take cash only and will not refund us. They won't take our calls, but yet when we call from unrecognized phone #, they answer.

    I gave them 500 dollars for a transmission they said they had and they gave me the wrong one and I drove from shawnee 3 times .to get the right one they then they tell me it's at there other yard and they would bring it to me on Wednesday. We'll Wednesday came and gone. I call and just keep giving me a different reason. Then I call the next day and Marcos partner answer the phone so I tell him what's going on he said hang on all of a sudden I get a busy signal and now they won't answer the phone or my texts. So do not use this place unless you have money to lose. Ps I think the place is just a cover for drug dealers. My opinion

    I am a single female that havery little money, and I called looking for a 2011 BMW 328i radiator (IKR not an easy request in Tulsa. OKLAHOMA) I was blessed to reach a gentleman named Marco, that was very polite , telling me he was driving and couldn't speak at the moment, but with greatt interest in my issue, ,he asked if I would up ld call back in 15 so he could address my request, and that he could help me. He was willing to go above and beyond to help me with my request, he was very polite, and I even called and someone else answered and they as well we're very polite, and accommodating repeating my message to Marco as I gave it to him. I'm not sure what experience anyone else has had, but customer care is key to me. All of these rude comments by people that own garages or shops or what ever ,that business isn't worth a plug nick le to me if you don't have a caring kind personality. Just saying. Call Marco at A&B Salvage if you want to be treated with respect, and have someone treat your business with them with kindness and respect.

    Unfortunately you can't give negative stars. As a fellow auto recycler I am disgusted with the behavior of this yard. I hope the general public understands that we are not all like this deplorable business. They refuse to pay their outstanding account balance from nearly a year ago and blocked our office number. We called using a personal cell phone and they picked right up only to tell the same lies as usual when we identified ourselves (owner not here right now, we will call you right back, I thought he was going to pay that, owner is going to call with credit card in a few minutes, etc. and don't forget the terminal hold button). They then proceeded to block both cell numbers we called from. Use ANY other yard in Tulsa or call Stutesmun Auto Salvage in Missouri and we will do all we can to assist you with your parts needs.

    They scam people out of money. They want you to put down the money to get the part shipped but you never receive the item you bought or a refund. It's bee. 3 months waiting for either. I have to go to court now. Stay far far away

    Place an order with these guys on the 1st Aug'23 till date have not received anything . The order was for a Hood and a Grille for a 2002 Toyota Avalon. Was charged on the 1st August for an amount of $700. Have not idea where my order is . When I call them, they put you on hold like forever and if even you get to speak to them they go to the extend giving you a false tracking id just to get you off their back. Not sure why they are doing this but yes totally not expected . The current lot they have working their are simply not bothered.

    GET COMPETENT MANAGEMENT!!! I just called today 8/25/34 at 3:09pm to see if they had an ac clutch and this was his response "we don't do that". Well that doesn't answer my question at all then he got an attitude when I asked to speak to his manager. Then he said HE was the manager! Then he hung up in my face. Whoever the owner is needs to fire him asap and give the job to someone who is competent and actually listens. If that manager is reading this RESIGN!!!! Sometimes it's better to let people think you are stupid than to open your mouth and prove them right.

    Its a scam, I previously bought a 1992 es300 motor. They said it would take 2 weeks to deliver and nothing, it took me 4 weeks of talking with them to get my money back. Its a scam and the employees are lazy making me wait on hold for more then half a hour multiple times. Dont buy from this place especially if you want a motor.

    Hey if you can't get far and need something fast they will have mostly Chevy Chrysler jeep Honda Toyota and a fe2 other import brands of and Ford I don't believe the let you pull your part but they know what to pull when there supposed to so eh a little up priced but if you need a close option you can.
