STAY AWAY from this place. Worst business I have ever come across. They will lie to your face about being done in 1 week and make you pay upfront. It turned out to be a couple months of having to call everyday asking where is my part. They will give you the runaround and keep lying saying it’ll be finished by next week.. and the next week.. and the next. The owner thought it was funny and said sorry it was because he’s been busy hunting not working. ZERO respect, trust, and customer service. They will waste your time because you already paid. I had enough and had to do their own job for them and go find my part at some sketchy paint shop in North Tulsa myself. DO NOT give this place your hard earned money. Zero stars if I could. It’s like they never want you to come back. Trash business. I will never be back and don’t make the same mistake.

Trash parts dont match the description. And charged for parts i didnt recieve and they wont give me my money back.I recently purchased a bumper, hood, both headlights, and an airbag for a car thats being worked on at my shop. All parts we described as 0 damage. I had to prepay for all the parts to be pulled. My driver loaded up the parts and brought them back to the shop (5hr round trip). Once I was able to see them the following day I was able to see that the hood and bumper were trashed/unusable. The bumper had deep scratches all over, a softball size dent right up front, thick epoxy or glue resin on the left side, broken tabs and wood screws threw out. The hood had 3 dents on the side and one big one up fro t. Along with missing paint are bare rust. 1 headlight had a missing tab and they forgot my airbag. I called back that day to tell them what happened and was told they would ship the airbag that day and would get back to me on the rest. 2 day later no update so i called and they hadnt shipped the airbag yet and still no update on a resolution for the junk parts. I called today (2days later) and still no update but they said they sent the airbag out but wouldnt give me a tracking number. When i said i just want a refund for the parts that are no good. They said they wouldnt do that and it is what it is. Dont waste your time and money here. Sold me junk for new parts price.

I called over the weekend, was told they had a part for me. By Tuesday I was told they said they had a completely different part. I was put on hold multiple times and never explained what was going on until "I don't got it". Complete waste of time and halted a lot for me.

Yard is very disorganized, employees are just as bad. Shady and seems to be purposely leaving out I formation about vehicles. Miscommunicated important information about the title and condition of my intended purchase. Overall a waste of time.

Called and asked for shipping they said Yes. I PAID for parts over the phone. It's been 2 weeks and they haven't shipped my items. I've been calling and they hang up on me. Or say they'll give me a call back and never get a call back!

DON'T USE - A & B Auto Salvage it's NOT the place to take anything with wheels. The WORST service and VERY unhelpful /unknowledgeable. They will give you a decent price and time frame and totally won't finish the job or call to let you know what they have been working on, if they even worked on anything.The entire staff has no sense at all, its almost like they don't want you to bring your vehicle to them because there sure not going to finish it. After weeks or months of waiting for a small job that takes a couple hours at other real shops - be ready to have to fix whatever they worked on and probably will create more problems because they service mechanic needs to go back to school for sure.#1 WORST SHOP IN TULSA I HAVE EVER SEEN/DEALT WITH.

They're really nice but not very knowledgeable. They sold me a $60 part from a different year that was supposed to be "compatible" with mine. WRONG. It just added an extra hassle to the job when I had to make an extra trip back to their shop and then wait again for them to pull the correct part.

Great staff... Helped me out with an alternator problem on my 2002 Odyssey van. Great job

It's a good place easy access big yard and the people seem to know their stuff all in all it was a good experience

They will demand to pay for a part then tell you they won't be able to pull it off for another day and then it still won't be off. Oh and no cash refunds either. Scammy business
