The city of Harrah is contracted to have all tows go through this company, and this company damaged my personal property, which was separate from the vehicle (along with damage to the vehicle itself). The company is saying they are not responsible for the personal damages, and the city of Harrah is saying they are not responsible. Someone is... I don't know how the contract is written between the city of Harrah & 4 Whiz towing, regardless, one of these entities is responsible for private property damage.

These guys are strait up crooks. Do not use these people and God forbid you get your car impounded. You will not get your car back until your pockets are empty. Crooks!

I called and asked if they take debit cards, the guy that answered the phone was rude and told me they did not take debit cards. What kind of tow truck company doesn't take debit cards?
