Hands down the worst recycling facility I have ever been in. Pulled in the entrance and before I could even park had a guy yelling and waving his arms saying no no it’s going to be a while before unloading. After waiting a half hour my semi load got stuck in the box while dumping and I asked the manager for assistance he told me to go ask a group of guys standing in front of the shop smoking cigarettes so I did just that to have half of them turn and walk away while another chuckled and said “maybe in a half hour”. Assuming they were on break I would still think one of them could help me out for 5 minutes but no. So I sat and waited another half hour while they sit in the shop on. Worst service I have ever received from a business and most disrespected at a business ever not to mention how untidy and muddy it was it’s truly a miracle I did not get stuck of a flat tire while on A & L property.

Not a bad place. They're doing a good job of cleaning it up. Busy as all get out.

Called for a container in May. Was told it could be Sept before we got one. Called periodically and was told "you're on the list". Husband visited office in early September and was told "by the end of the week". Called weeks later to ask when we could expect a container and was told "I have no idea", and "its not like we just have containers lying around". Refrained from asking why they keep running TV ads bragging about how "we pay YOU to fill OUR containers!". Called Coplans and they delivered a container THREE DAYS LATER. Moral of story: If you want a container don't bother with A & L - call Coplans.

Been waiting since November to have a Car Removed out of my yard it's now January and the car is still sitting in my yard. After numerous calls no luck yet. Maybe I'll just give the car to someone who wants it. Because this business doesn't seem to want cars.

I really prefer A&L. The scrap yard might be messy, but scrapping is a messy business. They are always super nice and helpful at the front desk, with a no BS attitude that is refreshing. The weighers are excellent, motivated and very helpful unloading material.

Dishonest hiring practice , caught manager in a lie. even an employee played on like a libtard about the facts. Min wage employer . many wasted a trip for interview for garbage wages .

Good so far wish i could bring a hole car in cut in half not a half at a time one half one day and the other half the next day
