They made it right! Require money first and can give you whatever they want then "no refunds". The guy I delt with was nice so 2 stars. Honestly was not real happy with the place. I requested a part and was very specific about what I was needing and asked for the part and the bracket to hold the part on. They said they would go check to see if they had it. They called that night and said yes they have the part. But I have to pay upfront for them to pull the parts. After I came by and paid they pulled a part in about 1 hour. Biggest problem was it was the wrong part and no bracket which he had earlier expressed clear understanding of what I wanted. When I tried to point it out and show him it was not the correct part and did not have the bracket he said "oh no you don't get that" as he stood right in front of the "no returns no refunds" sign. I know why they want money upfront now.After my review I received a call that they found most of the parts I had asked for and I could come pick it up "anytime." I respect a company that will make things right with their customers.

Earlier this summer, I called them for a junk car pickup. I talked to a guy, told him my address and asked if they picked up there, he confirmed. He got information on the car and quoted me a price. The guy also told me that they would come that week to pickup. Well, no one ever came. I called and called, I even left my name and number for someone to call me back. I finally got a lady on the phone and told her the situation and she told me the tow truck was down. Well, I waited and called back two weeks later. She then tells me that the owner was out of town and he'd be back in a couple of days. I called again and told the lady if i needed to try someone else I will and she tells me that they would get it and they don't pick up while its raining. I was okay with that. However, the summer is about over and no one has picked up the car. I'm not bashing anyone or anything, but the customer service I received is awful. I have called continuously and keep getting the run around. If it was a problem for pickup on the vehicle, I should have been told that and I could've went somewhere else.

If you don't want to go to jail for hurting someone about the money that you work hard for. Please, please don't go to A&M used parts, formally Scotties. I ordered a radiator that took three weeks to get after the wrong radiator was given to me twice. Then the other part of the radiator came and it was the wrong part. The employee told me that my machanic didn't know what he was talking about and that he could make it fit! Then refused to refund to give me my money because of their mistake! Who says that and who wouldn't want the right part in there vehicle? Scotties why did you have to leave us? I know it's the cheap way out but everything that's cheap ain't good!

I looked at and priced seats and a console for my truck and was quoted 50.00, but I couldn’t get them that day. When I went back to get them, Scotty’s was trying to charge 75.00 although I had been quoted 50.00 the day I went and looked at them. The only reason I got them for 50 is, because the guy who took me to the yard to show the seats, came in and said that I was originally quoted 50.00. When I got home, I noticed the brackets weren’t with the console so I called and was told to drop back by and pick them up. When I went back, the owner said I had to pay 20.00 for the brackets that were supposed to go with the console I had previously bought, although I was told differently by the staff.
