I drove an hour out of my way to pick up a part they said would be ready almost two hours before I got there and it still was not ready. They claimed they told the mechanic something totally different. 🤨 I had to wait for a while still. Why is it so hard to find places that are competent and honest anymore?Update: the owner/manager called complaining about their “mechanic“ giving a bad review and the shop owner who was working on my truck told him the customer (me) is the one who picked it up, but he would try and find out what was going on, the guy hung up on him.Further Update: When the mechanic went to put in the rear end, he realized they had given me the wrong one. When he contacted them, they said they would only give us the correct one if I deleted my review! These guys have no integrity! This is clearly normal behavior for them. (Read other reviews)

Do not shop here.We purchased a transmission it was no good. I called to return because it had a 45 day warranty per the receipt which he stated was no good and that he’d only do a 20% store credit. Do the math, this is not good for business. $350 wasted! 😵‍💫

These guys are a scam they dont give you the proper parts, sometimes they are broken and dont offer any type of return. BEWARE DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE

The men that work here are funny and very nice. He gave the 3 kids with us Popsicles while we waited for a part. Will definitely be going there again when needing parts!!

Staff was packed up and ready to go a whole hour before closing. I even offered to pull what I needed myself but since it’s Friday I guess they were ready to go home and lose business. Would not recommend to anyone.

Found them on CL. Called and was told to call another day as it was late in the day that day. Called about 2 or 3 days later. The part was still available. Was told there was no damage on it and it would cost close to $100. Showed up, went to go look at the part, had major scratches on it, negotiated with the owner, paid a little more than I wanted to but whatever got the part I needed. Was unhappy when I was given the part but it was missing the bolts that I needed to attach it to the car, asked the associate for them. He left but came back with what clearly weren’t the bolts for it, seemed like he just picked them out of a bucket. Wasn’t trying to argue with anyone or waste any more of my Saturday there. Went about my way. Would recommend this place if you need a part at a somewhat reasonable rate. Otherwise if you can shop around do so or just buy it new.

If i could leave negative 5 stars i would. These guys lie about having parts, and offer no warrantee. I would go anywhere else , and never again A Plus Auto Parts. In hind sight... There are rarely any cars in their parking area.... No customers! Imagine that....
