I’ve been using A Plus for the last 15 years with no issues. The business is local family owned, polite, and very knowledgeable. The owners are detailed and courteous when you call to check for parts. They also test all the parts they sell and even explain the risks if you tell them wrong information about your car. I appreciate them taking time to go above and beyond to help me each time I’ve bought from them. My mechanic and I will continue shopping here.

I was pleased to find the grille that I needed here after scouring all of the other yards in the area. I walked in and was greeted by the gentleman behind the counter. I told him what I was looking for and he said that he actually had two up in the attic. He took both grilles down and let me pick the one that I wanted. Very fair price and respectful individual. I highly recommend!

First of all....i usually never write reviews even if a place was terrible. I would not feel right if they lost out on money due to my opinions. Buuuuuut......for A Plus Auto Salvage........well I'm a Very very happy customer. I wish I would have known about this place a long time ago. Everyone was polite. They made me feel like I was a priority. They called me when I was told they would call. I was also told to call back tomorrow morning about getting a mobile mechanics number. These men were super helpful and greatly appreciated. It was such good service that I hardly even remember a wait time. Honestly. Thanks again!!!💯💯

I wouldn’t even give it a star. The person attending the calls tried to charge me more than what their system says and told me if I took out the part MYSELF he can leave it for the price as the system already had. Our customer gave wrong part information and now I can’t return it without getting charge extra and couldn’t get a receipt without getting charged extra as well. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

I drove an hour out of my way to pick up a part they said would be ready almost two hours before I got there and it still was not ready. They claimed they told the mechanic something totally different. 🤨 I had to wait for a while still. Why is it so hard to find places that are competent and honest anymore? Update: the owner/manager called complaining about their “mechanic“ giving a bad review and the shop owner who was working on my truck told him the customer (me) is the one who picked it up, but he would try and find out what was going on, the guy hung up on him. Further Update: When the mechanic went to put in the rear end, he realized they had given me the wrong one. When he contacted them, they said they would only give us the correct one if I deleted my review! These guys have no integrity! This is clearly normal behavior for them. (Read other reviews)

I needed a starter. They were very helpful in checking to see if they had one. They had one and had a reasonable price compared to what everybody else wanted. This is a fabulous place to go if you're in need of a part and quickly.

In response to the only review in 22 years in business. Any complaints we have had have been taking care with customer satisfaction in mind. We are in the used auto part business, policies for: Returns- Warranties - and As is, are posted on the wall as well as the receipt the customer receives. I can only apologize if you believe we hung the phone up on you. But if this did occur it was not done on purpose. I'm not sure how you can state we will rip you off. The decision to buy a part is solely up to the customer and no one else. We quote the price to you and you decide if you want. If you are the customer who wanted to by$ 750.00 worth of parts for $350.00 and we didn't except it. How fair is it to call it bad service.

Found them on CL. Called and was told to call another day as it was late in the day that day. Called about 2 or 3 days later. The part was still available. Was told there was no damage on it and it would cost close to $100. Showed up, went to go look at the part, had major scratches on it, negotiated with the owner, paid a little more than I wanted to but whatever got the part I needed. Was unhappy when I was given the part but it was missing the bolts that I needed to attach it to the car, asked the associate for them. He left but came back with what clearly weren’t the bolts for it, seemed like he just picked them out of a bucket. Wasn’t trying to argue with anyone or waste any more of my Saturday there. Went about my way. Would recommend this place if you need a part at a somewhat reasonable rate. Otherwise if you can shop around do so or just buy it new.

If we need a part that they don't have they never hesitate to find it for us, either new or from one of their competitors. I always get great service and great prices here. They are honest and I always recommend them to everyone I know. Don’t listen to a guy that says “hanged up” instead of “hung up.”

I will NEVER EVER go to this place again. I purchased headlight assemblies for a 2006 Volvo S60 and the owner guaranteed that they were from the same model car. I didn't think they looked like the ones on my car, so the owner agreed to allow me to return them if they didn't fit. I took them to my mechanic and lo and behold, they were NOT the correct ones. So, in order to keep from refunding my money, he said that one of them was damaged. They were in the same condition they were in when I purchased them. He even tried to blame my mechanic, who by the way, never attempted to put them in because he could see they weren't the same. That was the first and LAST TIME he will ever get any of my hard-earned money. Two weeks later, I went to AAA Crain's, who A Plus had bad-mouthed, and even though they didn't have what I needed, I would still rather go there.

Called about a part, was quoted a price. I drove over an hour to get there, then the guy was a jerk to me and the price had gone up. Got a much better deal at Mazda/Nissan Heaven. I'll never go back to A Plus

Do not shop here.We purchased a transmission it was no good. I called to return because it had a 45 day warranty per the receipt which he stated was no good and that he’d only do a 20% store credit. Do the math, this is not good for business. $350 wasted!🫠😵‍💫
