Got us out of a tight spot. Over 200 miles from home. Changed tire to the donut but went flat. Called and they came back and towed to walmart. Fixed and back on the road fairly quick. Services: Tire change, Car towing

This company unexpectedly tows cars from areas in Jackson where they ARE allowed to park in and charges $475 to get them back regardless of if the car was rightfully towed or not. They also go through belongings inside of the cars. Service: Car towing

So we were stuck on highway 20, in our motorhome with a blown tire. My insurance company found this "mobile" tire change company..... arrangements were made, times were set. They would arrive in 45"......2 hours passed and no show! After the 2 hours we received a call from them, saying they didn't have a jack big enough to change our tire. Sooooo, they could let us know right away....we waited for them for 2 hours, no call. Then why did they tell my insurance company they would be out in 45" if they didn't have the right equipment for the tire change. We could have been trying to call someone else......very poor communication, unprofessional and very misleading.

We had hit a tire in the middle of the road and it damaged the "pan" under the engine. We noticed a leak and since we have no auto mechanic knowledge, we felt it best to contact AAA Roadside services. They sent A to Z Towing to check on us. They came and checked under the car for us and deemed we were ok to proceed on our trip. When we got to Jackson, we had it double checked and it was confirmed all ok. Thanks for the help. We give you 5 stars!

Friday night during the storm, my car slide off in a ditch off halls ferry road. I called A to Z towing and the driver Alex called when he was on his way. When he arrived he helped me get what I needed out of my car and helped me into the tow truck, where I would be safe. He then loaded my car onto the wrecker and we headed to their shop. There they looked over my car to make sure it was safe for me to get back on the road. They were on time and professional. Thanks guys!Service: Car towing

I was traveling through Vicksburg on I-20 Saturday when I had a blowout. I googled tow services near me and A to Z towing popped up, so I gave them a call, their rates were reasonable and I got a quick response! Since I didn't have a spare, they loaded my car up and took it back to their shop. They were able to order a tire and have it there in NO time! The prices were just as he told me!
