The ABSOLUTE worst salvage yard I've ever done business with. DISHONEST, RUDE, and INCONSIDERATE beyond any level of business I've ever been a part of. I drove 3.5 hours to buy a transmission. Upon returning home I find they gave me one that was full of water and dirt. So, I called and he said return it. The second one he gave me after another 7 hour trip was locked up. So, I called and they said return it. Get there and the owner says he can no longer offer warranty on transmissions that he is selling me. I guess he's sick of giving me bad ones. So, after driving up there and waiting for three hours to get the third transmission. He states that I will have to come back tomorrow. As he doesn't have another one ready. He also demanded that I give him the original receipt. The picture of it on my phone won't do. And although they knew that morning I was coming and the only one they had was still in the vehicle. They had not removed it as I was told before leaving. So I have to drive back 3.5 hours empty handed. So my fourth trip, I arrive with my receipt, the owner states they are removing the transmission from the vehicle and that I would need to wait. So, 5 hours later the transmission is ready. I back in for them to place in trunk. I drive 3.5 hours back to our shop only to find out, He gave me the 1st transmission that was full of water and dirt again. He's marked my invoice for no returns knowing that he was giving me the same bad transmission. If you're reading this continue your search elsewhere. They are dishonest and do not test any of their parts prior to selling. I highly recommend using a different source.

I was able to find a good used tire that was already removed from rim. Had it mounted on my rim and it's been good so far. Its good for the environment to sell tires from salvage vehicles instead of filling up landfills and often being seen littering along the streets.

Give It A Shot DIY

They need to update their computer inventory. I found the part i needed, called them to verify that it was there, then drove over an hour to pick it up. When i got there, i went with an employee to approve the part before they pulled it for me, but the part was not there. All they could say was "sorry." I drove another 1.5 hours back - in friday afternoon traffic. I was very dissappointed.

False ad , says they have tires for 20$ and he charged me 30$ for one , i told him about the sign and they claim it says 20$ and up as you can see it does not say that , they were very ruse about it I asked them to change the sign or add the ( & up) so customers can know he told me he don’t have to and I can get it or don’t , this is not a place to call business it’s already junky as hell and everybody look nasty and annoyed , I wouldn’t recommend going !!

Terrible Customer Service. They are liars and will intentionally give you the incorrect parts just to say no refund. I was advised that the same part showed in their system from the year 16-22 then 16-23 (I needed a 2022). Later after reviewing the receipt it specifically shows that the model is the same only up until 21. In addition, we were not only given the wrong year but the complete incorrect part. We were lied to and told that a manager would give us a call back. Then we would get hung up on or placed on hold. Terrible , Terrible response for a mistake made on behalf of the company. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND

Leo was great. He was honest about selling me a transmission that he didn't think would work out, because they noticed a broken piece. Joe even walked me out to show me and explain some things. I ended up not needing the transmission after all, but it was a great experience and truly appreciate the service I received today.

Went on a sat and it was packed and wait time was 27 min to see a part but just fyi they just let one person see it. it’s understandable because it was a weekend so recommend coming here during the week, black dude looks like he’s always high and can’t understand what he saying but good service overall.

The owner is a con artist! They will tell you a price on the phone and then once you get there they will charge you more. Bait and switch! The phone guys will pass it off to their boss who is the owner and he will act like they don't know what they told you. I confronted this man and he got mad at me telling me I cannot tell him what to do. This place is bad for business!

Bad customer service, make the process of pulling parts so complicated, and they sold me a wrong amplifier , it has not same connection pattern, so I didn’t use it all, they not accepted to change it. I highly recommend avoiding going to them. There are many other awesome auto parts businesses care much about their customers.
