Ripped me off for more than 500 dollars for the wrong part. Purchased in July 2021 and brought part back the first week of August and was told no refund even though they knowingly sold me wrong part. Have made over 30 phone calls and returned personally and have talked with all salesman and owner too. I believe that robbery of over five hundred dollars is a felony and wish I could find a good lawyer or law officer to bust this racket. By reading reviews after I have found that I am not the only one this has happened to and am not giving up until justice has prevailed in this matter. Any high star review is a plant for this place and is an embarrassment to honest auto recyclers. No star

These guys are not friendly and do not want your business. They demanded to know what part i wanted. I just want to go see what's available and asked if they were open Saturday. They said it's better to come on Monday, they are too busy Saturday. I asked too busy to take people money, he hung up on me.

Extremely poor customer service. I called, was told immediately he had parts, then put on hold for almost 10 minutes, to be asked what I needed and then what vehicle, then asked what parts I needed once more and to confirm the make and tear again, and then what parts I needed to be told they don’t have them after a second 3 minute hold. It would have been nice of the person answer the phone could listen the first time.

I'm a 1st time caller and the guy who answered the phone immediately started up with an attitude. I could barely tell him what I wanted before he lost his mind. Hung up on him after about about 10 seconds of this guy. What a waste. Probably has good stuff but will send my money elsewhere.

These Guys are scammers. Sales Person named Kenny is so sketchy I cant even describe it. He took all my info my tax license and card info and never called me back. Every time i called he keeps saying I will call you in 5 minutes. Please stay away from this shop sounds like Nigerian scammer

I live in Tyler, TX and often in the DFW area 2-4 times a week for clients. Ronnie I believe is a yard hand and helped me. Words could never express how much that meant to me. As I was driving on 175 into Dallas I had a bolt sheer off my right front break caliper. Thankfully I am mechanically inclined & knew what was wrong. I sat across the street at a gas station and I was in a lost. I had no idea how to get help, my car would hardly drive due to the caliper laying inside the wheel well. I happen to look up auto parts and I was going to forcefully drive to NAPA. As I did a U-Turn I see this pick & pull. The gentleman at the counter said “can I help you?” I responded “I sure hope so! I don’t live here and I’m traveling to a client. I sheered off a lot that hold my break caliber on. Can you help?” Absolutely no hesitation, he walked outside with me and took a look. After awhile later another gentleman walked up and said he was placing a bolt on for me. Ronnie, you saved me in a crisis & your kindness is so valuable. Straight up big time scammers. People need to call BBB and set them straight.Liar, deceivers and manupilaters..Ofcourse some will get a good deal as their must be good parts out of the junk they are selling but they do NOT appreciate their own business and use all their efforts to screw u every chance they get. SCAMMERS BUYER BEWAREMy husband purchased a motor it was inoperable. Returned to Owner another motor was delivered it was bad. Third motor installed black smoked came from the engine on acceleration. Requested a refund the owner refused to speak to my husband. Please heed warning do not do business with this company. I repeat do not do business with this company.

Classic bait and switch. I was looking at the parts online and they even had a price listed. I called about the parts, informed them I would be there the next day. I showed up the following morning after driving more than an hour, waited an hour to talk to someone, got to the car that had the parts and one of the two was damaged. I asked for consideration on the price they said no. I then said, okay I will take it, it is still better than what I currently have. The clerk called some he referred to as the "owner" on the phone who told him a different price, twice the online posted, already negotiated price. Garbage business tactics from a garbage business.
