Not cool. Called to see if they had a part I need. I was told one price on the phone, went to pull the part, I had to go twice as I did not bring the right tools the first time. Found what I was looking for, pulled it, went to pay and the price doubled from what I was told on the phone. The person that was charging me said "well who did you talk to"? I did not remember who I talked to a week ago. So I just left the part up front. And left.

Bought a transmission 1-31-22 transmission was bad I brought it back 2-1-22 and now they said they don’t have another one 🤣 “Wait 2 weeks and come back to see if we have any” 💩🤣

Bought a motor that didn’t work 1 week later they couldn’t resolve nothing on getting me another engine. I was told by salesman to speak with manager for approval on a cash refund she declined didn’t care what we had to say. So no motor and no refund now stuck with an in store credit that our lady customer will never use. Sad part is they will sell that non working motor to someone else and they will be in the same situation aslong as they get the money they don’t care what they sell you… (motor had no compression and oil drain plug was stripped they don’t even take them out with care, last thing I was told it had 120k mikes I asked for vin and carfax showed it had 200k miles)

Came in looking for some parts for my sons car, I don’t usually do this sort of thing my husband takes car of this kind of stuff so I didn’t know what to expect…spoke with Ez over the phone he confirmed he had the part and when I arrived it was ready..he was very helpful and knowledgeable.
