I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff at this yard. I called about a transmission, and was given a discount. I inspected the transmission when I arrived, and everything looked good. I took it home, installed it, and my truck has been back up and going without any problems. Thank you to Javier and all who helped me!

Purchased a Subaru motor that I was told was running when pulled out of the car. There is no way that motor was inspected because the oil was full of metal debris, and locked up. Total junk. The employee I dealt with promised a new motor for me, then ghosted me, and would not reply. I reported the issue the day after I got the motor shipped to me, and it's been months without any reply. Thankfully I was able to rebuild my old engine but buying this junkyard engine caused unnecessary delay, expense, and headaches. I'll take my business to somewhere that actually inspects used engines next time I buy one.

Had the parts I needed. Took a couple days to get sorted. They sent pictures of two different vehicles and were fair priced. When the parts were ready we showed up but they were the wrong ones but quickly made apologies and corrected everything no questions asked. I am very pleased with the overall experience.

I come by often when they or their sister location Callahan in Mesquite when they have a sale. It's usually cheaper to come here than pick n pull. The only down fall about this yard. Is that after it rains. The Puddles accumulate for a good while. And the layout isn't like pick n pull where there's gravel everywhere.

Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. They gave me a price over the phone, and when I got here they wouldn’t honor the price. Then they told me to come back to speak with the manager and the manger wouldn’t even come out to talk to me. She was hiding in the back. I wish business would honor their price and have dignity.

I have recently purchased a transmission for a Nissan Xterra and I was told it was tested and in fair condition. I then brought the transmission to professional mechanics that opened it and informed me about many broken metal pieces and other transmission parts in the transmission pan. I then brought the junk transmission back to the salvage yard in order to get a replacement which I got up charged for. Lastly I again brought the second transmission to the mechanics and was once again informed that the transmission was in bad quality and had obvious damage. I highly recommend to stay from this business.

Felipe found me a transmission that was compatible with my 01 ranger 4.0. My neighbor installed today from a 01-05 explorer sport trac and it worked great. Very awesome parts yard! I saw a vehicle that had a part on it on Marketplace and I’m disabled so I went in and asked if they could pull it and they did and it wasn’t expensive at all! The girls at the computers are extremely nice and helpful and the guys that pull the parts are equally as nice! Thank you for the great service I will return!

I called drove 30 min just for them to tell me i cant go back in slides so i drove bak to change shoes but i asked y didnt they tell me that in the phone so wen i got bak he says oh u cant go back there in shorts so i asked y didnt he tell me that wen i was there the first time wen he saw me in shorts so i had to go bak home to change my shorts they could b more helpful n tell u things at the same time instead of have u waist your gas and time

We had to pay for 2 rims before actually taking them off. Once we did 1 of the rims was bad. They would not give us our money back. Store credit only. Poor customer service. I suggest finding another auto salvage.

Our shop used to come here often for parts and every time we came we made sure that Yoseline helped us. She was nice, efficient, helpful and overall gave us the best customer service out of anyone here. Imagine my surprise when I go there today and she’s not there and I hear she got fired! Ridiculous management to let go of such a good employee, we won’t be coming back.

I've come to this yard twice now and both times have been horrible. They upload their inventory to a website and online it says they have multiple vehicles. when you get there the amount of vehicles that says they have they don't. As you can see by the photos how the parts are treated in their yard. I'm willing to spend $20 more for parts and either have them pulled for me or have them still attached the vehicle because the yard boss takes care of it and doesn't let people just throw things around.

Bought an engine from this place and found out it had a cracked block. The rating will reflect on how they honor the warranty. More to come on this. I returned the engine with little hassle so I bumped the rating up to 3 star. I'm just waiting for the refund now. I will update my review when I receive my refund. If I am refunded in a reasonable amount of time, I would have no reason not to give 5 stars. We will see. July 5th: They honored their warranty so I will be giving them a 5 star rating.

Went for a part and I found it when they told me to look for it on the car and I did told the lady that worked there and she told me that they could pull it for me and call me when they do never did so I had to call them then same thing they said they will call me when it was ready instead of calling they text me saying my part was ready get there nothing asked for my money back and they talking about store credit how's it store credit if I didn't get my part no sense at all just wanted my money no store credit. Just want to know why I can't get my money back plus I could not talk to a manager smh bad service for me

Went back here again today. Still great service from these folks. My visit started with Jose on the phone before I visited. Professional, efficient, and friendly person. He warned me that it wasn't clear if the part I needed would be on the lot. Ultimately it was not, but the process to confirm that was smooth and included more courteous and professional people at the desk, and a yard that is reasonably kept up. As with many salvage yards, wear shoes that you don't mind getting muddy, particularly the day after it rains. Overall great experience. 3 years ago... Fair prices. Reasonable people who want to reach a win/win deal. The system for finding the car you're looking for works well. I'll start with Crain's next time I'm looking for a part.

I called and ask for 2 things, a hood for a 2012 Dodge Caravan SE, and power lift gate to fit a 2012 F250 Super Duty. Was told the blue liftgate was in good condition, it wasn't. In stead of having a power liftgate, I was shown the ugliest, sorryist looking tailgate I ever saw. We came over an hour away. Our experience was a nightmare. Will never visit your business again. Our two friends we were picking the parts up to were as disapointed as we were. It definitely was a wasted day. It took 45 minutes to get waited on. My wife waited in a hot truck all that time. She came in just as I had someone help me. It went futher down hill after that

I called they sent pictures. They asked me if I wanted to part they told me I said $85 plus $20 pull fee. They texted back saying it was $85 plus $50 pull fee because they have to take out the engine. This is for a rack and pinion with 12 olts underneath. I called up there they said the part was ready. I get there nothing had been done. I sat around and waited for an hour then they tell me they have to put it in the shop to pull the rack and pinion. Drove 60 miles for nothing. Extremely bad communication
