Justin was awesome with his customer service skills. He said he would check on my request and call me back. He did! He called back in about 10 minutes. Justin took my card information, and confirmed the part would be in route to the yard next week. The part was coming from one of their sister yards. Justin, saved me $600.00 and gave me a 30 day warranty from the day of acceptance. It does not get better than this!Thank you Justin and AAA Parts & Salvage!

Man these people are cool and professional. I have a 2017 Ford fusion. I knew my warranty would take a month to handle so I paid out of pocket. Well he called me early that morning and my was was done by 4. These guys know what they are doing. 10 out of 10. I will recommend.

Came to Columbus from Albany just for a back window for my truck. Will absolutely come here for ALL of my vehicle needs that I don't need brand new. Its worth the 1.5 hour drive. Especially for the price. AMAZING customer service. They even let me pay over the phone and had the part ready for me when I got there. I really couldn't be happier with this place, they really are awesome. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
