    If I could have left zero stars I would have! I definitely do not recommend them. They are crooks. I live in Alabama, my transmission went out and I needed to get one. I couldn’t afford a brand new one (being a single mom you gotta get what you can afford). I found one at this location and the price fit my budget! I contacted them because they had one that I needed ( couldn’t find one locally). They sent me a transmission but it was the wrong one. A couple days later they sent the same exact one again. Then a month and a half later they sent the right one but the pan was full of gears and I couldn’t use it! They have since picked up the transmission but still refuse to issue a refund. I have called several times and they never answer. When I call from a different number or block my number they answer and keep telling me the accountant is not in. Today when I called I ask for the owner and I get told he isn’t in he is at an auction. At an auction really!?!?!? You have money to go to an auction but not to refund my money. I know doing this review isn’t going to change the fact that they are crooks but I am also filing a complaint with the BBB even though they are not accredited with them. I guess that would make since if this is the kind of business they do. Sorry it’s so long but wanted to let everyone know to be careful with these people

    Returned part due to wrong one. Supposed to get a refund due to me living in a different state but no one answers when I call but have had three others call from different numbers and they answer the phone. Guess at this point I’m having my lawyer handle it

    Son bought vehicle from them didn't even get home and transmission went out won't fix or pay to fix very crooked people I talked with a department in Harrisburg and they had lots of complaints hopefully after they contact previous owner that will help me out.meeting with lawyer this week
