Although I was unable to salvage and use the piece I needed, everyone was amazing, extremely helpful and friendly. Michael actually helped me a great deal in my search for the elusive part I'm looking for. He's very knowledgeable with even the smallest bit of info on cars. I appreciate y'all.

Bad place for a shop to do business with and very dishonest people. They sold me a bad engine that was knocking and bearing material in the oil after only idle time that could have been obvious when they drained the fluids. After returning the bad engine under warranty they returned my core back all damaged because they did not use a chain to pick up the engine with care using the fork lift. My customer needed some parts off the core they damaged to use on a reman. After contacting them about the damages with photos as proof they took no responsibility nor offered to swap parts from the bad engine I returned undamaged. Then they brought up labor warranty after the fact and I had already asked for warranty options fees via email prior to purchase but to only be offered parts warranty because I was not specific about what warranty I was inquiring about. Apparently if you ask "what other warranty for an extra fee they offer" is not clear enough to these people, very bad business period.

Do not use this place. They don't really warrant there parts. I have been using this place for years and as of today they don't want all the parts. No wonder the lady up front quite. She was the one who would take care of returning customers. Death to customer service at its greatest

Got everything in the photo for $60. Great prices, especially for the small stuff. Friendly staff with a cat or two running around. They have carts. Good selection of imports (Toyota for me) on the yard.

I got what I needed and the staff were helpful

Searched and searched, didn't have part I was looking for. I even called before going to make sure they had what I needed. There was a $2 fee just to go in, I would have been ok with that if they had what I was looking for. Basically, I paid to almost pass out, not cool! I have health problems and can not be out in the sun and heat long. I'm also out of work, with no pay due to health issues. I know, it's just $2, but when you're in my situation, that $2 is a lot.

Called after a specific model & year. Got there, & although I called ahead to ensure they had my year & part (which they did)- I was told 15 minutes into taking the part off--that they had decided to sell it as a whole instead. The owner compensated me for my time but was NOT happy about it. Lack of professionalism, that mistake should not fall on a customer. I have been to 5 distinct pick & pulls (including Dos Amigos) around the DFW area. & While ABC were organized, clean & cheap to enter- their communication could use a lot of work. You don't make your customers suffer because you changed your mind on a vehicle.

Awesome place with great people! I will no longer go to oreillys or autozone unless it's for oil and new filters! Most parts on machines can be cleaned and re-used anyway so why not! They have so many Ford trucks it's redonkulous 😆!! Thanks y'all!!

I went in, a lady at the front was very friendly and helpful. I didn't get her name, although, I wish I had. She took me to a man in the back named Patrick. He was quick to find what I needed, and gave a little useful advice. He was personable, efficient and helpful, although he was obviously very busy. He didn't complain one bit tho. I rather enjoyed my time here, even tho it was only to pick up some emergency car parts on the fly. And they didn't overcharge for the used parts. They made things just a little less stressful. I'll definitely be back when needed, and will recommend to others.

Place is a rip off. Charge 2 dollars to look, which is fine but they ask what you’re looking for. Kid working desk said oh yeah 16-22 got a new one in. BS. Nothing out there that wasn’t 95% stripped inside. Knew before I Went back he didn’t have what I was looking for. Just be honest.
- MMac
Michael went above and beyond to help me out today and it was a true blessing.
- DDoe Maine
Great service, reasonably priced and all around great place to go if you're in need of parts.

Bad service. I called for some lights. The publication had only 30 minutes left and I called and they said it was available. I went quickly and they charged me 4 dollars to enter because we were 2 people and the surprise that they weren't there and I told him and he only gave me a list of where they had more ford but not Avia what I was looking for I imagine they have an inventory where they sell the parts

Super happy, I went there to get a part for my Toyota. And they had exactly what was needed. I happened to see that they also had a few things for my Yukon as well so I got that as well. Less then 50.00 for everything. Happy camper much.

Sold me bad motor, said they had tested it. Called for refund they said that I had to pay for shipping to get my money back. I asked why when they obviously never tested it. Horrible customer service. Old man hides behind behind his boy at the front counter. I will update when I win the credit card dispute, to prove what they did.

Pick and pull car & truck salvage yard. Great staff, knowledgeable about their inventory, and I was able to locate and pull a manual, (not electric), right door for my '97 Ford F-150. They even allowed me to borrow a wrench that I needed but forgot to bring. Great prices too! It will cost you $2 per person to walk the salvage yard but when you find what you came looking for, ABC Pick & Pull then gives you an excellent price! I highly recommend this business and the customer service that I experienced was above and beyond the call of duty! A+

I was very pleased with the employees there. We spent most of the morning waiting around on other salvage yards and standing in line. We went to ABC and not only got an answer from the guy at the front right away but he pointed us right to the guys that helped us find the wheels and tires I needed for my altima and went through the tires to find good ones and safe ones. I'm EXTREMELY pleased and I will be back. Thank you guys so much. You helped alot today !!

Stay going to this place cannot beat their prices ,the lady at the front desk melanie helps me nearly every time for finding the right parts if not available then she'll find something compatible and the Hispanic kid up front I call him happy feet ,always smiling and always helpful if the part I need isn't there he'll call me once a vehicle has arrived with the part or they'll find me a place that does have it ,this is the best place, incredible prices and customer service.highly recommend it

This place is great for use parts. Friendly and helpful staff too.

EMPLOYEE PUNCHED MY CAR! I had to call the cops. I was parked outside the shop and two employees approached me. The first one (older white man) proceeded to harass me and disrespect me simply because he didn't know what I was doing. After telling him to watch his attitude and not to talk to me like that he punched my car while his coworker sat by and did NOTHING. I had to call the police before they would leave me alone. AVOID AT ALL COST! This place is dangerous. (He is the very far left guy on their Facebook homepage)
- GG Jensen
If you like wasting your time with picked over cars and liars that say they have stuff they don't then this is the place for you. All their cars are picked over trash The people are rude don't waste your time!!
- BBrandon Lawson
Good prices on big items like motor and trans but be careful buying some things they are charging almost brand new prices for example a 90s model Silverado Tahoe suburban front bumper and you can do the research yourself they want $100 for a old scratched dented but decent enough to put on my work truck on rock auto they go for $117 brand new and primed mind you you gotta do the work pulling it and use your own tools when I offered $50 they looked at me like I was dumb for used up old shocks witch I never recommend putting on your car anyway mine just literally snapped and I wanted a cheaper temporary fix $30 a piece 13 bucks on rockauto and let's face it the $300 they bought the truck for they make money off the motor and trans and strapping the body most people only go get junkyard parts to save money and when I went in today it felt like a scam
- JJames Choina
Now this particular place would have more stars if I didn't have to pay $2 just to get into it and see if they have anything I want now compared to the salvage yards in the local area around there this is by far the best not only can you go out there and you can say hey I want this part and pull it off mean I bought tell lots of junk yards I had scratches everything in there so at least here you can look at it before you buy it and there is a good assortment of vehicles but the issue is you can't find one Rim anywhere cuz they didn't yanked all the rims and tires out there and but they are Jack them up high enough for you can eat there without asking for help that's pretty cool
- DDaBuGzLiFe
Really nice vehicles on the yard. They give you the choice of pulling the parts or them having it pulled for you. It's a shame their prices are a bit on the high side when compared to other yards around Fort Worth. But if you live in that area, then you really have no choice.
- MMatt
Inexpensive and awesome customer service!!! They are now hiring. So... I applied.... Hope they give me a chance!!!
- WWilliam Happel
Really friendly really helpful people clean yard definitely recommend this place.... If they don't have what you need don't hesitate to ask most of the time if they can't point you in the right direction they'll do their best to get it for you... Really great people
- JJ Champion
This place is Outrageous on there pricing!!!! On top of all that they charge 2.00 to get in. If you're gonna pay to get in you might as well go to Dos Amigo's pick and pull at least going there you will save a lot of money. You can go to their website and they list all pricing so there is no guessing. ABC if you are gonna charge to get in you should use the same kind of price points as your competition, after all you know you don't pay a whole lot for the cars you are selling parts . Quit trying to sell parts that cost more than the whole car.
- KKyle Ginn
They really have a clean and organized operation. My man Edgar working the desk will get you the information you need by letting you know if they've got the parts on hand or if he can find them and pricing numbers. Probably one of the most clean cut Junkyards I've been to in regards of Front Office, Finding the right parts quickly, and getting a fair price from guys that are willing to point you in the right direction.
- AAaron Ewers
Went up there after calling to make sure they had the parts i needed, great prices: ive been to quite a few salvage yards so that means something. I was in and out within 10 min of just looking over the car and paying for parts. Pretty good service I'd say.
