my car got towed here even with my parking pass for the apartment i live in, went today 12/15/21 to get my car had my fiancé get down to talk to them since i was upset well they ended up giving my fiancé rude ugly service, we couldn’t get my car since it’s not under my name had to call my mom to come get it warned her about the older lady in glasses being super rude my mom went in gave them the same attitude they gave my fiancé and the lady says “you don’t need to be immature” but 30 minutes before she was being rude for no reason and doesn’t like it when it comes back to her. if they didn’t give ugly attitude first we would have nothing to complain about.

Tows vehicles and claims they are inoperable so as to make money off of people. I live at a nearby apartment complex who contracts this company to remove cars that have been sitting for a long time. My mother was visiting from out of town and the tow company towed her car on the fifth day she was here. Texas tow laws require tow companies to give a written ten day notice, they only gave a two day notice and then towed it. They also said it was inoperable which is obviously not true because my mom drove it down to Texas a few days ago. Sam, the tower, told us if it starts, we can drive it off the lot free of charge- which he obviously knows he illegally towed a car and just wanted a quick fix to his poor situation. The car was also squealing and making noises it never had made prior to it being towed- I am hoping that it is just from not being started for two days, and that he did not damage the car by towing it. Sam was very unapologetic about the situation and did not have anything to say about it except that it was inoperable which is not true-how could he even know it is inoperable if he never started it- side note we drove it off the lot.I hope before ANYONE uses him for business they read this review. This is completely illegal. I have made a complaint against this company with the state as well.

Illegally towed car. Sam Lied saying the car was inoperable. He could not attempt to try if it ran. Car has 4 new tires, plates/registration are up to date. Car was not illegally or improperly parked. Sam did not give 10 day notice which is required by the state of Texas. Unprofessional staff and illegally operated.You can’t just drive around and pick out cars to steal. Then falsifying a reason to make money.

Nobody likes having to call a wrecker service. But if I have to do it again,....Absolute Wrecker is the way to go!!!! Their towing price is beyond reasonable.My car sits real low, and I was concerned about bumper damage while getting it on the flat bed but,...NO WORRIES! The driver took a moment to call me and let me know that my car was safe and that their were no issues and he was in route to the auto shop. Thank you for really caring and putting me at ease!!!

I called another tow company first and they wanted a lot of money for the tow and wanted me to wait an hour or more. I called Absolute and they told me that they could be there right away and charged me $50 less than Apollo. Great service too. I would use Absolute again if I ever need a tow again.

Last night 3/30/19 The driver took my money and my ID from my truck, he opened the door when He shouldn't have to open it and everybody cover theirs backs They took my truck from a parking lot like a random choose. He belong to Third Coast Recovery and Absolute Wreker they are associated . Very bad and unpleasant act.

These guys are the best!!! It's like I have my own tow service because there always available when I need them.
