I'm an owner operator trucker and had three pieces of equipment to deliver in Destin/Ft Walton. My dispatcher called another tow company who showed up later than expected. They managed to unload one piece of equipment and caused some scratches to it in the process, and when the first company tried to unload the second piece it almost fell off my trailer so I sent them packing. The hydraulics on their boom were leaking and shouldn't even be in service...Then my dispatch called Ace out... and WOW!!! They rolled up in a VERY nice rotator, with all of the equipment (slings, shackles, bridles... AND knowledgeable operators) and got the two remaining pieces off without even a scratch. Ace was VERY professional, and I was very happy.I'll be delivering more equipment in the area that requires being lifted off and Ace will be my ONLY call! If I would've used them first I would be on my way home already. Moral of the story... Call Ace first next time!***** - 5 Stars!!!

Ford Motor Assistance contacted ACE to assist us. We were on the side of the interstate, it was raining off and on. ACE contacted us to let us know their ETA. David and Mr. Mitchell were awesome! They were professional, had great equipment and went above and beyond to get us back on the road. We appreciated the service and would recommend ACE Towing.

Received a call just now, I was spoke to disrespectfully and hung up in the face. After I stated I’d call back because he sounded unprofessional and with a rude tone he said “ well good luck finding someone else” and hung up in my face. Left me waiting all day long, they never showed up, never even called me back after assuring me and a Triple "AAA" supervisor that they would. The lady that takes their service calls is doing this business no favors, she blew me off after promising a call back with an ETA. My 80yr old dad and I waited for them to show up all day, all night and into the next morning. My truck had two flat tires, thank God we were at the house and not on the side of the road somewhere. It was after 2:30am the next morning when we finally gave up on them. Triple "AAA" then contacted KELL TOWING. They were with us within the hour, got the job done and even apologized for their competition. If you use Triple "AAA" you might suggest which service they send your way, I know I will from now on. I wish this review offered a "ZERO STAR" rating, because that's exactly what I'd give Ace Towing and Recovery. This is the only bad review I've ever given to anyone... period. I wouldn't normally take the time, but the lack of assistance we got here was too ridiculous. I'd hate to see someone stranded in a bad area waiting for help that might not show up at all.AND PLEASE.. don't add insult to injury by acting like you're sorry or care at this point, enough of my time has been wasted. If you cared somebody would have showed up or at the very least called to let us know why you couldn't. You'll never have the opportunity to help me again, but you could help yourself buy treating your future customers better than you treated us. Good luck...Service: Tire change

Our experience was good with this company's service. We got stuck turning around on a trail off a dirt road. Stuck deeply in wet sand. They were prompt given our location we waited maybe 30 mins. Staff was friendly and informative. Price was reasonable. The gentleman got himself stuck trying to ensure we got out.

I was quoted a price of $175.00 per hour by Amanda. They showed up 3 hours late. Job took 2.5 hours to complete. Bill should have been $437.50. Once they had my truck hooked to their wrecker they told me I had to pay $1500.00 or they would impound my truck and the bill would go up. DO NOT USE ACE WRECKER. Service: Special vehicle towing

I called them to have my car towed from my house to a shop. I was honest with them where I lived and where the car needed to go I was quoted 85.00 but when the tow truck driver arrived 3 hours later it was almost 30.00 more . I will never use them again .
