Thanks to Action Towing & Storage tonight! James, you help out a family that was stuck on the side of the highway and was able to get us and our Jeep (alternator went out) back home. Going through a list of different tow truck companies and not a single one being able to help, you guys pulled through to help us out just before it got too dark. And even had space for me plus five others including little ones. Thank you for your business card, much appreciated and if I ever need help again I will definitely be sure to call. You provided the best customer service and service and was fast response to get my Jeep. The price was very reasonable and being able to pay with card was a huge plus! Again I can’t thank you guys enough for helping me out tonight, and thank you for being open late! 10/10 would recommend you to anybody who needs help!!!!!

BEST guys ever! Andrew picked me up in Ellensburg at the Pilot. Towed me to the Peterbilt Dealership in Yakima.We were recommended Action by Dean. No other company was picking up and when they did they were controversial about pricing.We are just a small owner operator 1 truck company and just wanted a straight answer on a price and when they could be there.We were accommodated with Andrew being prompt and punctual and they stuck to the price they said.I will inform the company I lease with to strictly use Action towing only when in Tri-Cities area up to Ellensburg.I felt I was in good hands and if I could give 100 ⭐ I would
