    They didn't have the part I needed but were surprisingly more helpful than o'rielleys which just said they couldn't help me! The cashier told me where I could find the part and was very very helpful. O'rielleys might have just lost a customer to Advance Auto!

    I ordered a battery online and paid for it at home and it was ready at the store within 30 minutes. When I arrived at the store all the tools I needed were available to me to remove my old battery so I could receive my core charge refund. The employees were very helpful and gave me all I needed to remove my battery and replace it with a new one.

    Normally I get good service when I purchase something there!, not this time!. I purchased two rotors for my pickup only to find flaws on them, I have bought parts in past from other advanced auto parts in Kansas!, this will be the last time I purchase anything here in Cameron,Mo.

    I have been there 3 times in last 2 months. Stood at the counter waiting for sales person for 10 minutes atleast no one came to the counter I could hear them talking but they never came to the counter. I'll shop elsewhere
