We dont even get trash services through R & W only because we burn our trash. The men who work fridays on the knoxville/richmond route are honestly so amazing and they just deserve to have some leave a great review. They had to use our water for their truck that broke down which we said no problem. They knocked on our door and gave us 20 dollars for only using a little water! 2nd experience there was a few cows out and they stopped to let us know, which they certainly didnt not have to do. 3rd our neighbors receive services through R&W and some ofnthe trash blew into our yard just tiny things and the man ran and grabbed them all! The level or respect and care ive seen is so amazing. Not sure of the guys name but hes making that company proud and i hope they know how great he is!

Pat & Ambers crew has never missed a trash pick up, don’t tear up my yard where the dumpster is. When weather was too hot or icy roads they still managed to pick up trash.Gotta love & shop your local owned business.People giving them bad reviews probably are not even happy with themselves.

Worst customer service I’ve delt with in years. You wouldn’t believe the way they treat their customers. They’ll do anything to not have to take your garbage. They tried to charge me extra to take my daughters tea set because they said it was furniture. It was clearly a toy play set, so light my 3 year old could carry it. I switched to a new company last week and they had no problem taking what R&W wouldn’t just because they wanted to be picky.

If I forget to move my cans to the curb they get them anyway. They honk and way at my son and the kids right down the road. The guys do an outstanding job and I would so recommend them to anyone looking.

R&W have never missed picking up our trash one time! Even in the summer where temps were 100+ they called to tell us they were running in the evening. You can not ask for better than Pat & his crew. Deffenbaugh when we had them never picked our trash up and charged alot more, & you would call and get a office in Kansas City not R&W its all local and great honest people!

Highly unsatisfied. Had this company for a while until they expected our family to take our trash a quarter mile up the road each week and put our trash on our neighbors driveway for pickup. Completely unacceptable and bad customer service. We now have Triple A disposal who has no issues collecting our trash and they are cheaper!!!

Although they do not have set times when they arrive, we have had to call them twice because we didn’t get our trash out on time. Both times they made special trips back to get our trash. Thank you.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. No return phone calls, rude on the phone, and definitely does not want my business. Good thing they are in a small town.
