Very fast and awesome service. I needed a new car battery at 7:30 in the morning. They were the only service open and thank goodness they were. Not only did they have a replacement battery for me but they were able to install it quickly so I could get to work. Highly recommend. Thank you Brian.

Auto parts stores are a dime a dozen, this one has Randall. He is a genius about everything automotive, plus has the best spirit about it. You can really tell he cares about his customers. He takes the time to explain everything and give pointers to make the job easier. He makes this store Excellent !!!

Was not greeted when I entered store. They were busy with other customers but with a total of 4 customers this should have been easy to do.Another customer entered with a old battery set it on the counter and waited for service. Like me he was not greeted and eventually left due to no one helping him so sale lost there.Maybe the store was understaffed at the time. Another gentleman and I were in line for a long time I could see he was frustrated too.I was about to put my stuff down and leave also when finally someone came from the back to help up front.

The employees are very helpful, but their return policy sucks. I had a water pump go bad which had a lifetime warranty. It was the second time I had the issue with one of their water pumps and didn't want to have to replace it a 3rd time, and simply wanted my money back. Not another water pump that will last 6 months at best. All they did was give me store credit.

Randall and Kirk were so helpful I came into the store about 30 min before they were about to close luckily I was the only person in the store they were knowledgeable in so many ways and when it comes to saving money they had me covered! I ordered two lower control arms and two outer tie rods BELL TIRE gave me an estimate to change them out for 873.00 the parts were about 500.00 they said the rest labor which I understood, Randall and Kirk gave me a price of 308.00 for those parts I looked on my email seen a coupon and they worked the system with me a big to give me the best bang for my buck I ended up getting those parts for 216.00 after all was said and done they have been my number 1 store for car parts and will always be my go to people.

I always have good luck at the Clio Advance Auto Parts. The people who work there are very nice and knowledgeable, and I can always count on them having the part I need, finding it at another store, or getting it ordered for me. Very reasonable prices and brand name products!

Great customer service always willing to help in anyway they can. Will go the extra mile to make sure your getting the right parts the first time.
