My fiance and I were traveling and stuck on the side of the road. This Advanced Auto really helped out by getting exactly what we needed. The staff was extremely friendly and kind. I had to wait outside for my ride to get there and one of the staff members asked if I needed a chair to sit in. They were just really great people. I would go back to this store every time if I lived closer. Thanks Advanced Auto!

Needed a battery replaced. It was suggested to us to order it online for better pricing. We were given the battery details to order the right battery. Told us it could be picked up at the store same day. Sure enough, the battery was ready for pick up an hour later. Went back to Trenton Ave. store to get it installed free of charge as long as it was easily accessible. Some batteries are placed with other parts of the engine on top of the battery. It took literally 10 minutes. Good attitude in spite of lousy, cold weather. Our neighborhood mechanic said it was a good place to go.

Staff was helpful but the part I got didn't do what I needed not their fault. The battery post I picked up wouldn't work with my stereo amp
