Great shop and service all around. Was picking a load up across the street at whrilpool when tractor started pouring fuel out all over. Being that it was a Friday close to closing time had to leave it over the weekend. Not only did they get it fixed 1st thing Monday morning before 9:00am was done at a great price. Which is unusual being on the road. But even more helpful is being that it was a Friday at closing time they didn’t just take my keys and kick me out. They provided a ride to a hotel without me even asking and come Monday morning sent someone to pick me back up.Great people and great service all around. Sucks to breakdown but I’m glad it was next to this shop. Thank you Mack & Bobs!!

Installed a supposed rebuilt transmission that went out six weeks later with a warranty that they refuse to honor stay Away from these crooks!

RIDICULOUS .. i was charged 416.00 dollars for a service call for a 8.98 cent part that took 10 min to fix. I was ripped off.

Look no further. Best people to work on your truck. Cost is reasonable. Been in trucking industry never been treated nice as this place.

My husband, Mark, had the pleasure of meeting Devin. My husband describes Devin as being polite, courteous, friendly, and very professional. The lugs on Mark's Excursion sheared off...7 of the 8, and Devin was extremely careful about pulling it up on to the flatbed. Over all you made my husband at ease in a very stressfull moment. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!! THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE I'VE EVER DELAY WITH!! My wife's car got impounded and I went to pick up the vehicle and I was unable to because the tags were expired! Even the cops will let you drive with expired tags! So I had to have the car towed back to my house and when I paid at 1pm, I was told that if the car wasn't at my today, it would definitely be there first thing in the morning! Since I paid for everyrhing, they figured since they had my money they weren't worried about me. I was treated like something was,wrong with me when I called at 5pm to see when the car would be at my house and he told me he didn't know where his truck driver was!!!! He assured me though that my car would be at my house by 8:30am for sure. I told him it better be at my house by 8:30pm tonight. It is now 8:45pm and still no car. So I have paid for a tow, that means I'm a paying customer and I still don't have the car back. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY AT THIS PLACE FOR ANYTHING!!!! It has been 7 hours since I made the payment and I haven't gotten my vehicle towed to my house yet. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND A TERRIBLE WAY TO CONDUCT BUSINESS, ESPECIALLY TO A PAYING CUSTOMER.UPDATE: I TRIED CALLING TO FIND OUT WHAT WAS GOING ON WITH THE VEHICLE AND AFTER I POLITELY EXPRESSED MY CONCERNS I WAS HUNG UP ON AND TOLD THAT IT WASN'T THEIR JOB TO FIND OUT WHAT WAS GOING ON WITH SOMEONE'S VEHICLE AND THAT THEY WERE JUST A DISPATCHER. I asked for the tow,trick drivers number because the tow truck driver apparently knows,what's going on and was told I wasn't allowed to call,the driver. Very unprofessional.
