    The man at advanced Auto parts was very helpful I had some concerns about mixing full synthetic high mileage oil with full synthetic regular oil Valvoline brand they had none left in the five quart containers of the high mileage but they did have in the regular full synthetic the attendant advised me that they would be fine and mix well. He was right. I will return here for my automotive needs.

    Fuel system shutdown truck on I75 we Google parts house technician was a great help he told us it could be anything from trash in fuel to fuel filter so we changed filter out in parking lot it cleared up and made it back home. Thanks

    It's a 2 star because of management.. staff is a whole 5 star tho. I found a 5 cent item and management made my "Clearance item," bump it up to almost 3$. Like why?? Grrr

    Abandoned. 4 employees working. 1 putting up stock. 1 helping a customer on the counter. 1 talking on the phone to a customer. Another employee came from behind the back.I said Hi, we need to pick up a battery we payed for online. The guy walked to the counter and said I have to close this register so some one can use it. Never said he would help us. The phone rings and he say's OH, Hi Mom. I'm like really. So we stepped back. The other guy on the phone said he could help us now. He was on the phone with a customer pryor. So. We couldn't walk out. Because we had already ordered and payed online. We just needed to pick up a battery. I wasn't happy at all. Do these employees not realize if it wasn't for paying customers they wouldn't have a job. Unless Mom wants to support them.

    The worst experience I ever had with an auto store. Lazy and incompetent. Avoid at all cost.

    We waitied to be called on for awhile. Were told the alternator was bad. Turns out it was the battery after the guy insisted the battery did not need testing. We were sold an alternator that was over priced if you ask my opinion. We quickly returned it and bought a and battery from a competitor and have not had any problems since then.

    Me and my mom went shopping at Save-A-Lot when we come out we couldn't get our car to star someone tried to jump the car off and that didn't work. We walk to the Advance Auto Parts bought a new battery and one of the employees gave us a ride back to our car and installed our battery . Thank you to the great employees of Advance Auto Parts
