So i pull up to the bussines and first thing i have to deal with is there employee telling me i cant come in and to call about part first i call i and after 10 calls i get answer just to be told no as soon as i ask no hold one min while i look just no. I will not do any bussiness with them and for that fat ginger that cant even driver forklift correctly

Made a call to them with a couple of questions and after ringing several times, it was picked up, then hung back up...so I called back, thinking it was an accident(the hanging up), and after 5 rings it was picked up and the gentleman was audibly rushed. Before I could get my first question out, he had already answered to the negative. So I began to ask if they might have a clutch arm for a Saturn, at which point I was immediately cut off with "no sir, I dont have any Saturns in the yard". Before I could say a word I could hear the receiver being set down and the line disconnected. I know that people are busy sometimes and that's ok, but this experience was 100% rude, and I do not see how someone could stay in business treating potential customers that way. Maybe they have all the business they can handle and no room for new ones...just poor customer relatations...

I belong to the American Legion Post 107 Live Oak. They came out and got a car for us free plus made a donation to the post. Car was at best salvage
