Horrible customer service! I went to this location to pick up a new battery. The employees tells me he needs me to tell him my engine size before he can help me. I kindly told him that I didn’t know however, he a computer right in front of him. I asked if he could look it up with on his computer right in front of him. He simply told me he can’t look up anything without my engine size and I could look it up on my phone. He was so nasty and horrible customer service. Like the effort of not wanting to help a customer is appalling to me. I went across the street to auto zone and was happy to spend extra money on my battery for better customer.

Nasty attitude from employees paid no attention to customer needs. Had a very nasty attitude when asked to look up a part. I think they need some retraining at this location. Customer service is lacking here I'd rather drive to another and I live here 😒

The gentlemen here are amazing. Friendly knowledgeable and beyond helpful. Not that I want to have trouble with my car again but I look forward to seeing them knowing that they'll be able to help me.

Went in to buy a battery picked one up took it to the counter and they had the battery in the wrong place would not honor the price ended up paying $40 more and the warranty was terrible on the battery

They had what was needed and were open on Sunday until 7 or 8, forgot which. Had to visit twice (right, doesn't that always happen?) Employees were nice and there wasn't much of a wait. It's always better if you can fix your vehicle yourself. The oil filter wrench fit, got the adjustable one instead of size specific.

The employees are great, however their parts inventory definitely lacks. Every time I go in for parts wether it's for Ford, Dodge or Chevy it usually has to be ordered in or I have to go to another store to get it. I will continue to shop there thanks Kristin and Kevin. Great parts people.

Takes forever and always give you the most expensive parts even when you request cheaper

I was the first and only customer in the store, walked in and informed the employee that I needed my two marine batteries checked he was getting ready to come out and test my batteries when a second customer walked in looked at me and told me I could wait. He then stood at the counter unsure of what type of car he had or what he needed, and the employee walked away from me and started serving the second customer. I walked out went across the street to AutoZone and purchased almost $200 in marine batteries that the employee was very polite and happy to check for me, the day customers dictate what I will be doing in an establishment is the last day that I will go.

The guys are very nice and helpful!
