Visited my local Advance and the service was beyond terrible. Came to the Mocksville store and was greeted immediately by Nick. Told him what I was interested in looking at and he immediately began to ask me questions about what I was planning on using it for and what my end goal was. After a few minutes he made a recommendation but I was still undecided. It was almost like he knew I needed to see it in action to finalize my decision. He asked if I had a code showing up on my car and once he found that out, he grabbed the scanner, and off to the parking lot we went. He walked me through how to use it and all the features. Once I saw that, I decide the extra $60 was worth it, to get the extra features, and the ease of us. Nick never once pushed my decision but let me make it own my own based on the information and seeing it in action. Please let him know great job and I will be moving my business to this location because of how he interacted with me and the customer service I got.

I had to go into this Location twice recently and received great service from the same guy both times… Turns out it was manager, John. I’m a stickler for good service and I was happy after both visits! Well done! and thanks!

We had been to 3 stores trying to get the bulb for our tail light. Thanks to Nick found out we needed a back up light 2 different things who knew! Fixed us up in and out no time. Only going here just for the customer service!!!!!

Advance auto did a great job ... Good employees.. bad "points" redemption program... but $5 per quart price is ok in this day and time

John Boger the GM and his assistant Amber were terrific working on an old Jeep that I brought in to buy some supplies for. They went out of their way to make sure the jeep was solid before leaving the shop. Outstanding customer service going above and beyond.

The Mocksville location has earned my business, always helpful and nice employees. Quick to show you different options and prices. Needed a headlight for my car one night, they didn’t have part.. found someone that did, at one of their competitors stores. Definitely recommend shopping here
