This particular store, zero customer service sorry....1. The one being attended. The older member in the back, would not move his behind. To take care of the remaining customers. and ther client in front of me and my self waited over 10 minutes on line for 1 item. we exhausted the zero...yea, zero worries while getting paid by the hour. So we just left the purchase-NOT item and drove my self to walmart.

I want to start with that I took my business elsewhere where they told me they had no idea how Advance Auto could’ve said I didn’t need my battery changed when the battery was very obviously going to give out soon. The car is working so much better now that I changed it. It’s been 4 years since I got a new battery. I knew it was due time and your general manager Jim Hutson, and team failed to notice this or didn’t care to notice because they thought I had no idea what I was talking about. The district manager Rafael Tejada also did not seem to care about this situation as I have heard nothing back from him.I went into Advanced Auto looking to get my battery replaced. I had previously went to Valvoline beforehand to get my oil changed as I always do with Valvoline. They were kind enough to let me know that before my next oil change was made, I should get my battery replaced as it was close to dying. I trust Valvoline to switch my oil but I wanted a second opinion on getting a new battery so I came here. Jim Hutson “helped us”. He was so impatient and acted like we were wasting his time being there. I told him what Valvoline said and he told me they were trying to get a quick buck. If I didn’t think that I wouldn’t have come here for a second opinion. I know there is equipment used to check my battery by clipping wires to the battery itself to see if it needs to be switched soon. Jim did not use this equipment. He spoke to me in a very condescending tone and asked me if the car started and that batteries run until they don’t anymore. I know I am not well versed in cars but I do know that batteries do not just “run until they don’t.” He told me to come back when the battery is dead. I have a job. I need my car working. I’m not going to risk driving on the highway and my car breaking down. Jim obviously didn’t care about this. He spoke to me like I was less than him and like I didn’t know what I was talking about because I was a woman. We went back. He denied saying any of the things he said to me and I lashed back back and said he did. It took another associate to de escalate the situation because this store manager had no self control to. Ridiculous and I will be posting this everywhere.

Had a great experience. The young man behind the counter, Will was amazing. He installed my wipers even tho it was raining. Amazing service will definitely return and recommend

Will front store cashier was very rude not trying to help to return a part not open not used i only want store credit . But would not even try to help me . only thing in his own words said " Call Corporate and complain about be im Will . Maybe they can do it for you smh . Very unprofessional very child like behavior poor training crazy . Last I was not even in the store for 3-5mins .Never had any issues at this ever and I have a business account didn't tell him that. You will heard more on off this on Monday 9/20/21 Will have a word with your manager 👍. Not my fault your working Sunday 😉

Very positive experience upon entering this location. Staff member welcomed me and then asked how they could assist. Quickly we moved into discussing battery options for my truck and the employee kindly installed the new battery successfully. Overall, a quality visit meeting the need of the customer.

You got employes there,that they dont give the extra mile, there like robots. I ask for help and the employe told me ,we olny sell parts ,realy rude.
