Very friendly staff. Went out of their way to make it a good experience. The only reason for a 4 and not 5 is that I had to do a part exchange. I was told my new part was waiting for me inside and to just come in for the exchange. After waiting about 15 minutes for verification to swap part, I was sent out to my vehicle where I waited almost another 5-10 minutes before my part was brought out.

Fin was an absolute professional from start to finish. Answered his phone each time I called with questions, and kept me informed every step of the way on my order. Great service!!

Appreciated the help in trying to find a part that I needed they ended up not having. Only thing they should do is update the part pictures they post on eBay as it was misleading. It listed the part I needed as available when it was not. It was just a cover and not the entire side mirror.

Be very careful shopping here. We called for a part they have listed for $365 on car-part.com. When talking to the representative, he said the part price had been adjusted to $1095 due to limited inventory. This type of sales tactic is not OK anywhere, I don't know why they think it is. Be Warned!Their response below is dishonest: the representative said it was due to changing market prices. To PAM'S AUTO: If you will sell it for $365, I'll send a freight company to collect it. If not, then update your response accordingly.
